The room I stayed in did not have a good shower. It was clean and spacious, which truly, cleanliness is the most important part. There was no water pressure and the shower head didn't flow correctly. Clearly the head itself could use a proper deep clean or a completely new one.

Unfortunately for me, the one morning I tried to get breakfast, they had none available. Which was a real disappointment because the only thing on the cafe menu was bagels cream cheese or butter. So, the one item advertised was not available. Fail.

It is right on a busy highway which is not the nicest location. Be mindful that music is playing at the pool until 10 PM

The yard was cool. It is comfortable, well appointed and the pool was great. The room was small, but clean. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Some employees could have been more cheerful, but overall it was very good. I recommend!

My bed was very uncomfortable. It was a bunk bed. It made a lot of noise every time I slightly moved, disturbing the person below me. It made me very anxious because this person made it very clear I was bothering. I asked for a different bed but was told there was not one available? It didn't make sense because there were 10 beds, and only 4 were used the whole time I was there. I would still return. I loved it otherwise.

I loved how clean it was. The staff was professional and courteous. A big thank you to Henry and Sara for their kindness ❤️ the pool was very nice. There were so many areas to hang out, depending on what you were looking for. There are bathrooms outside and a changing room which helps a lot. The kitchen was big, modern, had everything, and was very clean. My visit was almost perfect.

Shortage in staff .. sometimes I have to go look for someone .. especially for changing towel or something Also, I understand there is no breakfast included but it would have been nice just having a coffee or its filters ! “Stayed in other hostels before that didn’t have breakfast but coffee was always available “

This hostel is well maintained .. very clean! I tried the mixed dorm for the first night .. beds were comfortably distributed with spaces so you don’t feel crammed.. there are bed curtains so great privacy while in a shared dorm! The rest of the nights I spent in a private room .. it exceeded my expectations.. spacious .. AC & a desk .. a couch .. mini bar.. main lightening and side beds with smart touch & USB sockets were 2 ppl can comfortably charge their phones … Even though bathroom is shared but I never felt waiting for being shared .. toilet stalls separate from showers and a huge 3 sinks area with 2 hairdryers .. I even saw an iron with its table avail 😃 And most important it’s safe .. all code access and super clean

Staff works hard to keep it clean so if the GUESTS did a better job of putting their paper towels and waste INTO the garbage can (not the floor), labeling food in the refrigerator and cleaning the dishes better.

The location is great. It is very close to the airport so you can arrive and depart easily. It's very close to the beach with a pedestrian bridge nearby that makes crossing the road easy. The staff is great...very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself is kept clean and welcoming.

The location is great because it is close to the airport but farther from most other things in the city. Sometimes an Uber is $5 but other times it is $20+ so you need to time things right to get around easily that way.

The space and pool were very nice. A very easy walk to the beach. I stayed in the female dorm and found the curtains on the bed to be nice for privacy. The beds were comfortable. All facilities were clean and well maintained. I wish the lockers were a little larger so I could fit my whole travel pack inside but everyone staying was respectful of others belongings.

Nomada was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to Puerto Rico. We stayed in the voyager room - private queen bed with attached bath. The value was unbelievable! A quick 5 minute walk to the beach (so long as you are able to climb the stairs of the pedestrian bridge over the highway), clean bedding, and accessible to bus stops and Ubers. I felt safe and comfortable at Nomada and LOVED that there is a restaurant right next door (Nomada guests receive a 15% discount)!

It seemed odd that the hostel didn’t have the ability to book from the front desk. We were walk ins and the nighttime receptionist (who wasn’t friendly at all) directed us to book online as we sat in the lobby. After booking, the receptionist didn’t really direct us or welcome us at all. However, once inside we were greeted by one more employee who was much warmer and welcoming. Seeming how the receptionist is the first impression, I’d suggest training a friendlier individual rather than someone who seems annoyed by your presence.

Hostel was set up well with comfortable and relaxing public spaces. We had a private room in a quiet section of the hostel which was very nice. The attached bar was super cool.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. Kitchen sponges (in general) are germy and gross. Needs a better system.

I loved the vibe, the pool, the proximity to the beach and places to eat. I loved the people I met. Great value for the money.

Steps off the highway, throughout the day you would hear horns and truck air horns. No activities at the hostel, seemed more intent to have people go offsite. One staff member, long braided hair, very unhelpful. Always treated guests like they were bothering her.

Other guests were great. People in mixed dorms were respectful and tried to adhere to quiet times. Almost all the staff were very accommodating and tried to resolve any issues.

Definitely would stay here again! Also one of my group left their kindle and the staff messaged us and we were able to come and pick up when we returned to San Juan from our road trip around the island a few days later

Nice acommodation and the best community I have ever seen. There are a lot of things what you can do and everybody is helpful and glad to join. I really enjoyed this place. There is also a whatsup group which you can join by QR code and you will be informed about everything and you will not miss anything.

The hostel is located in a busy area and therefore the surrounding noise corresponds to this. But we didn't mind. But we were a little surprised how much you can hear, for example, talking by the pool in the room (and probably vice versa).

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The common areas are clean, the kitchen is functional, the pool is great. We were a little worried before arriving, but the communication regarding the entry codes worked well. The hostel looks much better from the outside than it does on google.
