This place definitely has a vibe. Really cool hotel with beautiful interior. The pool on the roof is fantastic and better than the pics I saw of it upon booking. Staff is really nice and helpful. Make sure to book a room with a balcony that has a view of the bay.

Water pressure sucked they offers a huge bathtub but it would take hrs to fill… there wasn’t an ironing board in the room and for the price you would think this was a 10 star hotel.

Only one night maintenance was working 1130pm above our room. Need to clean the accent pieces in bathroom better due to the hard water and salt in the atmosphere

The decor is just what you see online gorgeous! The hotel staff is so accommodating, warm and helpful. My room was fabulous! I really appreciate Natalia and all the staff. The door man was always there to help you in and out of your car and into the hotel. I had an awesome stay. I'll be back.

My room doesn't have a window or natural light access. Check-in time is very late Room cleaning is not available after 5 pm

Location Facility Room size Comfortable bed Polly front desk employee was very helpful. She suggested places to visit and restaurants. She made our first trip to Puerto Rico very easy and fun. She tried her best to check us in prior to the check in time.

Location was great! Hotel was extremely clean & beautiful. The pool/ rooftop area was so picturesque and pretty! We stayed in the panorama infinity suite with the private balcony overlooking the lagoon and it was perfect! I loved the shower and the bed was comfortable! The staff was exceptional & service was top-tier!

We liked everything about the hotel, especially the roof top restaurant , the restaurant by the concierge desk, and the pool/lounge area.

The hotel was very modern with a lot of elements that are also very historical. This trip was extremely memorable for my husband and I since we just got married and it is our honeymoon. Thank you again for the accommodations and we both enjoyed our stay and loved the restaurants inside the hotel. Thank you again for making this a memorable honeymoon for my husband and I.

The room would start to condensate and make the floors wet in the morning, I brought it up to the front desk, they asked if changed the AC. they did clean it up for us though.

It was very well decorated and the rooms were really nicely laid out.

Check in seems very stringent- 4 means 4, even though plane could dictate different arrival times. We’re always stringent on too early for most hotels never give back if too late - go figure.

There was a moldy odor i didnt like and and had to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners for the bathroom and room. Sometimes the air wouldn't work properly and the floor would sweat all over. Dangerous slip hazard. Also i wanted a message told the front desk about it several times but still didn't get to get one.

It looked as advertised and it was good walking distance to a lot of things.

I did not like the mobile key for the elevator and doors. I think my case was the problem in connecting to the access pad. The mini fridge in the room made a faint breathing sound in the closet, no instructions on how to work the A/C using the remote, and I wish there was an actual window to look out in the Design Suite (I knew before booking) but the thin transom window in the bathroom allowed me to see if the sun was shining or not.

The location was perfect and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, street food, fine dining, and shopping. the staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Lara, Joselouis, and a female overnight member. The decor and aesthetic was beyond expectations and definitely a photo in every space. The six showerheads, handheld, and waterfall shower that could fit 10 people was so relaxing. The rooftop is a must visit and the pool was warm which was nice and has a slope perimeter to enjoy the lagoon and views (sunset was amazing). Lastly, the digital concierge before even arriving until the time for check out was super nice and comforting for the price of my stay.

this is not a question we loved the property.

Everyone was friendly and always happy to help. Staff was always available to be found and if they couldn’t reach you they always sent a message via text. Valet parking was efficiently available and made the stay even better. I can’t wait to visit again.
