I barely saw a soul while I was there, which ended up being quite disconcerting as a solo female traveller. No one to check me in and a reliance on phoning if there are issues (they hadn't sent me details of how to open the key box) was highly impersonal. Moreover, this method presumes you have a local or US cell phone, which many visitors surely don't. It cost me roaming charges just to receive basic information about entry that should have been supplied before I arrived. I had the place to myself for the entirety, which, in many senses was good. Typically, though, when that's the case, an establishment will upgrade you. But, no, I was in the room the furthest from the bathroom, which made for unnecessary treks in the night along the lonely corridor when I could have easily been put somewhere more convenient. The solitary experience also manifested in the lack of anyone cleaning, which, during a three night stay, is a bit much bathroom-wise at this price.

The location was great for getting to a decent public beach with decent shops and restaurants nearby, while remaining quiet at night. The place is tastefully decorative and welcoming.

You can really hear the street and the hallway from room 1. Bring earplugs. beds were not the best, but not horrible.

Shared bathroom could be a hassle but we didn’t actually have any problems with it. It was clean every time we used it.

The place was very cozy with lots of different areas to chill out, we spent most our days out and about but the little time we spent there was super comfortable. Lucy the host was amazing and very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes, and it’s only a 7 minute walk to the beach.

It could be cleaner, the shower needs a good scrub, the bench in the room had sand on it but overall was not too bad. We tryed to call and email for info during our stay but did not have a reply. We had only 1 toilet roll for 3 days (for 2 woman) but we managed to take one from the shared bathroom downstairs :)

We had apt. 11 It was so nice to have hot water in the shower! It is so well decorated and have all you need to be comfortable. I liked the soaps in the shower and the towels (1 beach, 1 regular). Good wifi; Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery. We felt safe walking arround.

Need some space for keeping the clothes and drying them. One of the bathrooms was constantly locked creating a queue. Otherwise it is good for the price.

The hot water was hit or miss but it seemed like only for our apartment. The shower mostly just needed a second to warm up but the sinks hot water didn’t work.

Small, comfortable and very clean hostel. The location is in 7 minutes by walk to the sea, everything that you need is close, if you wanna go to the Old San Juan and that streets, the Uber gonna be just 8-12$, very affordable.

I would say that a windowless room is not worth $75 a night regardless of location. The common areas are not comfortable to hang out in so you essentially have to find things to stay out all day unless you want to sit in your dark room. However, that is not hard to do given the location and proximity to restaurants and the beach. But, if you arent renting a car or down to chill on the beach all day, be prepared to spend a lot on eating out. The restaurants are not cheap! I'm not sure if I would stay again, but I do think I was forced to do more here so I didn't have hang out at the hotel, which is good I guess!

No information was automatically given on basic things like the facilities available (like a one-pager that tells you about all the facilities in the guesthouse and where to find them). Everything I found out about the facilities available, I had to look around the property myself or ask about.

The guesthouse was very clean and well kept. It was also near a very popular tourist area and the beach, which I quite enjoyed going to by foot.

The location is perfect close to every bar, restaurants and 5 minutes away from the beach! I love that is curated in every details, from the entrance, to the little lounge inside, the rooms and the outside patio, also the common living room with a tv, couch and some games to use. Really beautiful, also the 2 bathrooms super modern style and big! In every room there is also a mini fridge, towels for the beach, for the shower, AC and tv!!

Was mostly quiet, although I was happy to have brought earplugs just to block out any sounds and sleep well.

There is no space to put your stuff some shelfs would be handy.

It is very well located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby. The common bathrooms are kept clean it’s a big plus. It is a quiet hostel, although the neighborhood can get noisy.

The cost of washer and dryer was A bit high, at 25 cents for 2 minutes to dry!!!!!

Property was excellent over-all. Had A little trouble checking in as I was unfamiliar with the lock box to get the keys. There was no sign and the taxi driver was uncertain when looking for the property. He asked if I had A photo of the property, so it may be A good idea to post one of the front view from the street.

It was a little nosey in the mornings. Bathroom toilet keep getting stuck. Other than that, it was great.

The room and the house is so nice. I felt safe having my own keys. The outdoor patio was convenient and clean. Great location. Very close to the beach. The place was decorated very nice and was quiet for the most part.

I got a room on the street side, really noisy, while the inn was empty. No coffee / water available. The patio was close on the morning, so no possibility of having breakfast on it. No broom for cleaning the room (for the sand for instance). The price is high for the amenities.
