No soundproofing, so you could hear everything outside. The shower needed deeper cleaning. Better pillows would make the experience more enjoyable. Check-in should start at 3 pm as any other hotel.

Location, you need a car to stay here. There are local taxis but the prices can range from $10-$20 usd for a 5 min ride. A lot of drivers wouldn’t pick up the phone, food delivery is very limited

What we didn't like is something that will be taken care of by March, that is it was not quite finished. So the bar and café were not yet opened. However, the hotel's owners said everything would be completed by mid-March and I think that would greatly enhance anyone's experience. That said, we went up the road a short distance for a great dinner and the hotel is so well situated, you can take a 5-10 minute drive and get to anything you might need.

We really appreciated the room, the view from the deck, the people we met that were connected to the hotel. The bed and room amenities were great.

I had a friend visiting me in Puerto Rico and we decided to take a day trip to Vieques. I checked for ferry tickets online, but they were sold out. There appeared to be a lot of tickets available at the ferry terminal though, so I booked a suite at the hotel that morning and we drove 1.5 hours to the terminal. Upon arrival we were told that tickets were completely sold out for the day. We were extremely disappointed. I immediately contacted the hotel (a couple of hours after booking and hours before check in was available) and told them the situation. I asked if they could refund me (full or partial) or, at a minimum, give me a hotel credit so I could actually stay there. They said they would call me back and never did. Per the cancellation terms, they were within the letter of the policy.. however, in my experience, most hotels are somewhat accommodating and sympathetic. Our day was ruined and the hotel decided to take full advantage. A hotel credit would have cost them nothing and I would at least have gotten what I paid for.. Fair warning!

All staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The view was amazing and the room with the private deck gave a very luxury feel. We were there only 2 days but it was the perfect place to immediately unwinded from a busy life.

This is supposed to be a boutique hotel that has been renovated but it just disappoints completely. The bathroom didn't have a door but a curtain. The view out the window was of a wall. There was no staff present. The pool is extremely small. Not recommended at all.

There was hair from previous guest in the bed and on the floor.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing. It's in the early stages of growing. Once the restaurant is finished and additional amenities, it will be fantastic.
