Very friendly.. Cleaning people were very helpful and friendly. Helped me and let me know of things to do. Very quiet. Make sure I could open the doors at check in.

The doors were exceptionally thin, making it easy for sounds from the halls to penetrate into the room, especially during the morning rush. Furthermore, despite having a microwave and fridge, the room lacked utensils. Additionally, there were only two towels provided in the room.

I thoroughly enjoyed the location and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness to the concerns of the guests. In addition, the cost truly gave you a bang for your buck.

Perfect Location! Plenty of restaurants! Beach Access a couple blocks away 😎. Host was and responded very quick. Will definitely book with them again.

Very nice room, in a great location close to the beaches. There’s a pizza place and bakery/breakfast/lunch/coffee shop next to the pizza place that is really good. Can’t go wrong here. Secure with friendly staff.

Property is clean staff is friendly and very helpful my flight to San Juan got canceled and the property manager Manny was the best he was able to adjust my stay and this property is located in a safe clean area everything you need within walking distance I would highly recommend Omero Ocean Park definitely the best place I have ever stayed at while visiting San Juan Calm and Peaceful!!

Ceiling fan remote situation. Please fix! It does help that there is alternative lighting and air source.

Security codes needed to access property and individual rooms. No keys or cards needed. Parking on the property and additional street parking very close by.

Came there to kiteboard Ocean Park Beach, location for the price was superb. Emmanuel was very accomadating and helpful even though we had a language barrier. He didn't get frustrated or give up on me or my questions despite this difficulty. Very clean, safe, and comfortable, walking distance to beach, stores, restaurants and bars. 5 stars from me!

No one was there to check us in. We called the owner and he said he would be there later. We just wanted to leave our backpacks and go explore old San Juan. Finally, a Very nice man named Lionel came And I paid for the room with my credit card. The room was substandard, nothing like the ones in photos. There were Very high steps into and out of each room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. No TV service, no blanket only a sheet, metal shelf unit in the bathroom with Large ceramic tiles set on the shelves and random dictionaries and grammar books for our reading pleasure. 😂 NO TOWELS AT ALL FOR SHOWERS, but at least they left us enough shampoo!! 🥴 After our whole stay on the island and we were back home already, I got an email asking when we were going to check in! They had no record of us ever being there, but I told him we had been. I got an email back Asking when we were going to pay for the room! I told him I had paid Lionel with my credit card. Good thing I saved the receipt and my credit card statement. Very disorganized, they need someone on property To tend to the guests.

Shower was cold water and water pressure was dropping water. We could not take shower at the night because of too cold. And owner was not here us pass code. he only speak Spanish and send me messages in Spanish but translate was not correctly so I didn’t bring cash but he only take cash. I ruing one day for looking for a bank. He said he will show up in a hour but he didn’t contact me and I contact him he said he was attending clients. It was super expensive hotel.
