The property is great but one negative thing can be that surrounding places are VERY pricey because Isla Verde is very touristy.

The building is nice and right on the beach. The unit is gorgeous! Very modern and makes you not want to leave :)

The property itself could use an update. A good remodeling and the pool could’ve been open and restaurant and bar also.

We did not eat the breakfast. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The location was excellent, on the beach, close to food, also easy drive to Old San Juan, El Yunque Rainforest and bioluminescence and boats to islands and snorkeling. The view was incredible and the space was open and comfortable. We loved everything about this apartment! Would love to stay again!

It’s a shame that the pool is closed.

Excellent location right on a small beach, easy walking distance to a large and beautiful beach once used by the now-closed Ritz Carlton. The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living/dining room, all clean and with AC. From the small balcony we could see the ocean and sky, as well as other apartment buildings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were VERY comfortable. Our host was kind and responsive to all our questions. The building overall is faded glory, but I was impressed that the staff keep it very clean. There is a coffee shop downstairs, a nice amenity, and it’s an easy walk to restaurants and the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely like to return.

There was not one thing we didn’t like about this property. It was beautiful, we had plenty of linen and it was a immaculately clean.

This was an amazing, beautiful property. There was nothing we were lacking for or needed. The property was exactly like the pictured add and we were so pleased when we walk through the door and saw the beautiful view of the ocean off of the balcony.

Spectacular apartment with unbeatable ocean views. You have the beach right in front of the building, it was very clean and pretty. The place is close to the airport which also a plus. The decor is very nice and room was very comfortable. We were close to everything in Isla Verde, including a 24 hr. market which was a lifesaver. The coffee at the cafe shop downstairs was so good!. The pool was under construction, but the host offered a great alternative pool in a sister hotel which was walking distance and was very nice.

The pool was under construction. The water in the shower was either scolding or cold. Hard to get hot water.

The location to the beautiful beach was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in unit. The room had everything we needed! The balcony was an extra bonus as we could hear waves all day and was a nice place to relax!

The pool wasn’t open yet. However, the beach is right there. We wanted the pool to entertain the kids after the beach, by the time we finished our day, we were all too tired for the pool even if it had’ve been open!

The location was perfect. The casino was next door, there were multiple restaurants nearby, grocery and a CVS was nearby for any needed items.

Definitely the garage parking. The parking space for my unit made no sense(Bad placement). Also the pool wasn’t available

The property was very nice but the villa itself, EXCEPTIONAL! They had everything we would need. Very clean, decorated beautifully and the BED!!! Omg the beds felt amazing. Best sleep on vacation I’ve ever had.

Location and closeness to airport. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Apartment was clean and modernized. Property manager Isaac was fantastic, responsive and communication was very quick. The view from the apartment was spectacular and enjoying time on the balcony was relaxing. Definitely worth the price we paid. Would definitely go back.
