Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast options were not the greatest and you couldn't take it back to the room. The housekeeper missed a lot of steps in cleaning. The shower was designed in a way that made the floor wet each time we showered. The self parking was problematic with checking in each day
The kitchen area and swivel TV in the room. The pool area was nice.

United StatesWe arrived around 12:30 am after a delayed flight. We were a group of three, with 1 double bed and a sofa bed in living area. After finally getting into our room (there was a line at reception) we discovered there was no bedding/pillows for the sofa bed. We tried calling down to reception to request bedding, but no answer. One of our group went down to request bedding. We finally received bedding/pillows almost 45 minutes later, just as we were getting ready to go down to reception again (after trying to call again with no answer). Common sense would say that a group of three using a bed and sofa bed would need bedding. This was the last thing we needed to be waiting for after spending much of our day in the airport waiting on a delayed flight.
Stayed here 1 night before leaving on a cruise. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for what we needed, which was a place to sleep before heading to the cruise port. Quick Uber rides from airport & to cruise port.

United StatesThe arrival and check in was miss leading information by Nestor, he mentioned we had food and beverage credit at pool bar, when we checked out it was not valid for the Alcohol drinks, and there was very fine print in the key card packet that was not aware of it being in there that is excluded the alcohol drinks we used credit for, he also said he would locate my rewards account with Marriot that didnt happen. however, the on duty supervisor did her best, I asked for Gen MGR and no one available on Sat at time of check out Food was Fair -bacon under cooked average food at best with quality of selection and how prepared Not much help keeping up with silverware and dishes as had to ask for forks got feeling of understaffed

United StatesThe bartenders offered the worst service and hospitality I’ve ever witness. Rude and inconsiderate. I never went back after the first night. Kitchen should be opened later. I’m not looking to spend my whole day at this place. Just to sleep. There is only one pool filled with screaming kids. Good luck getting any peace and relaxation. Had to use other resources. We found glass in our room too after it was once cleaned. Overall the front desk girls were nice but the staff is hit or miss friendly. I cut my hand and was offered 1 single bandage for it. They gave me an attitude when I requested more medical attention.
The breakfast is one of the main bonuses. If you can manage to wake up at 8am.

Panamastayed from May 16 to May 19 of this year, and I cannot explain the odyssey that it was to obtain the invoice or folio of this hotel, it arrives today 12 days later and with a hidden charge of 35.00 usd per day called "Destination Resort Fee", these are the things that make people not return, that is an abuse, since in the Booking charges, it does not even indicate that you are going to pay them directly to the hotel, the service to send an email takes 12 days and arrives with charges that were not notified, that is nothing more than a ROBBERY. Clean modern hotel and very well decorated, excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel, rooms spotless thanks to HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT . The restaurant service is lousy, everyone is together and the client has to get up to call them to come to the table not once but several times, all talking to each other , food with no taste. Front desk could not even print a pre-account much less the final account, a real disaster. I called 2 times and sent 3 emails so that the account arrived 12 days later.
