Restaurant was ok. Would be better if the lounge chairs had cushions and if terrace had lounge chairs

The room and proximity to the beach could not be beat.

Bartenders could have been way more attentive. Many times they were seen talking among themselves while patrons waited to be served. Attitudes could be more pleasant as well. Lost the use of our water a few times once while taking a shower. Our toilet had feces all around the bottom of the toilet, the smell was awful.

I understand that the hotel is in the ocean but keeping the room at 60 degrees was too uncomfortable at night.

During the night it can be really noisy. If you are an early sleeper, there is music till 10 PM in the pool area. Noise enter to your room, It’s very loud if you’re located in a cabana in the first floor or near the pool area.

The location is great and the pool is beautiful, also it has couple of restaurant outside of that property that you might enjoy a nice coffee.

It was a little dated and in need of some repairs. Rusty doors and cracked glass on windows, etc…

The location is excellent! The pool and beach were right outside our room. The 10 minute walk into Rincon made it even better.

The grounds were unkept and some parts dirty. There was garbage on the beach and around the pool. Also not enough lounge chairs for gests on the pool area.

Liked the bed and the room. Staff was nice and the food and drinks were yummy.

There was an iguana that came in the pool to poo. While we were in it and no one came to clean it. It just sunk to the bottom of the pool. Gross. There was 20+ people in the pool all telling the staff.

Location location location. It felt like an all inclusive without being all inclusive. You can walk to local stores, bakery and food trucks.

The fruit plate was always old and rather stale. I didn’t like getting charged full price for a second cup of coffee.

resort really gets the job done for a short, reasonably priced brach getaway. breakfast was excellent, pool and swim up bar with calm ocean water right there cannot be beat.

The drinks at the swim up bar just weren’t good and a couple of the bar tenders were not friendly…surly actually. Those two things were a bummer we wanted to enjoy the swim up bar but it took away from it for sure.

Our room had a perfect view of the pool and ocean! The beach was great! The overall appearance of the hotel and grounds was very pretty.

Waitresses were unaware and attentive to my wife and I. We had ask for our utensils after being left alone...the menu was no appealing nor was selection....it felt more like a school cafeteria than restaurant. It didn't match the beauty of your resort. Finally, the bill given to me was from a table of 12 and no one noticed but I.

We were in a ground level room and the walls, ceiling and floor sweated so if you didn't run the air conditioning nonstop(man was it freezing cold in the room)...everythings sweats, and drips or pools(we had standing water on the tile floor). Sometimes we just had to open the door to the walkout area and let some warmth in, which exasperated the situation.

The main lobby was open air and a beautiful entrance to two nights here. Pool area and beach were fantastic.

Rooms are in need of upgrade. Windows in ground floor rooms are all cracked from earthquakes and Hurricanes we were told. Need to be replaced. Expected a little more quality for price.

There was a wedding which created a bit of late night noise. The service at the poolside bar was slow at best.
