I never did find where the free coffee in the morning was. Some guides or local magazines would have been nice to find in the room upon check in

The floors were not the cleanest they could be but everything else was clean.

The workers were so sweet and helpful with the process. They are super quick to communicate through whatsapp. Loved the bedrooms and balcony. They have a working space and a cute swing outside of the property. The street is super close to the beach and old san juan. Wifi was great and plenty of food places around. My favorite was tostados. Beware there is no elevators since it is an old property but thats part of its charm.

The last flight of stairs to the apartment are a little narrow, so if you have giant suitcases, bring along someone in good physical condition. The apartment is a little light on furniture. In the living/dining room area, aside from a table and four plastic chairs, there were only two large upholstered rocking chairs. The rockers on these chairs extend unusually far out in front, leading to frequent stumbles and ankle bumps. There is one room which is not useful because it had no furniture at all. There was no microwave, which I should have known, so I can't complain, but it is an odd omission. The WIFI was good, but doesn't reach through the concrete walls to the patio.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk. The patio is nice, although sparse. It's an easy walk to old town, but it can be hot if you do it in the middle of the day.

I think location was a winning factor for us, right in the middle between old San Juan and San Juan beaches, all walking distance. Additionally, we really liked that the apartment had large space and tall ceilings. The staff was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay second time as well.

Floors were kinda dirty, some stains on sheets. Very low shower pressure. Needs an extra mirror besides bathroom. Or maybe a long mirror. For makeup application and seeing how outfit looks.

-Microwave ovens are available in the workspace 8a-4p and front desk areas 6a-1130p but not in the apartment. -No swimming pool but AC units and ceiling fans worked really well.

-Proximity to Old San Juan. Less than 15 minute walk! -Secure entrances -Close to locals. Locals were very polite and willing to provide tips for eating and sightseeing. -Located within 500 feet of a convenience store, breakfast eatery, bakery, and free onsite parking -Views of ports and ships -Onsite laundry facility, office workspaces, and lounges -Evening/Overnight security - Felt very safe walking to and from the tourist areas. -Located within 1-2 blocks of main/lighted roads and sidewalks -The area/neighborhood is undergoing redevelopment but construction /improvement activities could not be heard and did not create shutdowns or limited access to facilities.

No views from the sleeping room (the window faces the side of the building where you can hear the AC from the other units, although you keep it usually closed to keep the air cool inside of the room). A curtain in the living room door to the balcony would be nice to reduce the sunlight. No AC in the living room, so in order to cool down the space you need to pump up the ACs in the sleeping rooms (but no big deal). A bread toaster would be a nice addition as well as a water filter jar to be able to drink the tap water.

Very nice unit in the upper floor (#20, la Ferreteria) with access to the rooftop. The working space downstairs is a great spot to relax and have some good coffee. Very clean, bright and wide spaces. Great location, close enough to the old town and the local beach Escambron. Easygoing parking facilities just next door.

Some parts of the surrounding area might, seem a little sketchy, but don't worry. They are working on it. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!!

The staff was accommodating, even though I arrived at almost 2:00AM! The rooms were neat and clean.They provide off street parking for your rental. You can also take a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. You must go to Tostado for breakfast. It's a quick walk from the building. Yum 😋
