We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Puerto RicoThe price was too high for not having offered practically anything. No essentials like hand towels, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner that other hotels offer for the same price. we asked for a refrigerator and coffee maker couldn't be provided. Not even a continental breakfast. The stairs had no railing for safety.

United StatesThe bathroom inside the room doesn't have any door, which means privacy 0, especially if you travel with friends/colleagues,etc. Linens were also dirty with spots of something I prefer not to know We found another option (with a door in the bathroom) for the following night for less than 1/3 of the price of Hotel Iberia, just 15' walk far. Don't recommend it and won't stay here again
The position was good. 8 mins walk to La placita and 10' far from beach. 24h supermarket and several restaurants, coffees, and bars in the surroundings

The location is super. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. The big supermarket next door was a big bonus. The toilet seat need changing and the bathroom is Very small. The hotel is locally owned and the owner is a great , outstanding, honest man. He will guide you on history to culinary. I can see they are proud Puerto Ricans. Thru just need money to fix the j hotel. My friend and o had a great time.

Puerto RicoThat I was accused of smoking in the room and when I tried to explain that I had only burned some threads off of clothing it reached deaf ears and I was threatened with calling the police when I was being totally passive. I also thought it very curious when he offered a discount for cash when i checked in and then put the cash in and made change from his pocket. I asked around and he is just a manager not the owner. Why would the manager be putting cash in his pocket? We all know the answer. I stayed at this hotel once previous and had spilled some chocolate ice cream on the banner at the foot of the bed. It was still on there and i was in a different room. Other than that the place is clean. Parking was an issue as well probably because i didnt offer to pay him. I was told my truck was to big to park in front. When i returned there was a truck parked in front that was bigger than mine. Ive never said anything about a hotel until now.

United StatesLocation is in an edgy part of town. It really was not convenient. Took a lot of walking through dirt and debris, no matter we you go; to the beach or dining. It had an uncomfortable feel to it; you knew you're in the third world. They did not have to go out of their way to make it more unappealing. It was not right.

The manager and his wealth of knowledge. I would extremely highly recommend talking to him. Also, the hotel contributed to the the history of San Juan. Lil kitty and the Lil birds.

United StatesWhen I checked in there was no electricity for a day and a half the bathroom was filthy water on the floor I told someone about it and all they did was put towels on the floor never again would I stay here no elevator I rather sleep on the street 🤬👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾they have little bugs flying in the room

United StatesToilets leaked badly, ants crawling around biting me, the bathroom has no privacy and it’s extremely small The tv only has 4 channels and it sits very high up for such a small tv When I checked in my first night I took a shower after a long flight wanted to settle in after I get out I start getting myself together to be scared out my skin to ppl trying to enter my room and successfully unlocking my door as I stand bare naked
