Our room was smelly (mildew). Overall, the place does not look like the pictures and even the rooftop area is dated; there are no pool chairs, just high top tables to eat so it's not ideal. The location is not the greatest either, a bit too far from condado and not much to do.

I liked that there is a rooftop pool and the staff at the bar were really nice.

No ventilation. very cold design and no door to bathroom/jacuzzi area for privacy. pool on the top floor was very very small and was very falsely advertised, not for swimming in. pool was more to sit in and have drinks and enjoy the rooftop view. not for kids to play in.

Several things: - The air conditioning was leaking and therefore the floor was constantly wet. - The wifi didn't work properly. The first day, I couldn't connect 2 out of 3 of my devices. Fortunatelly, the second day I was able to connect one additional device. That day, I mentioned this and they offered me assistance. It took too long for them to get to my room but were able to solve it in the end and all devices connected in the end. The technician said other guests had wifi issues as well. - Due to COVID, the breakfast was delivered to your room. You had to specify what you wanted and the hours in which you wanted it. I asked for it to be delivered between 7:30-8 AM because I had a work meeting to get to. I called reception because at 7:55 AM I still had not receive it. They told me they usually had delays and that I should expect it around 8:15-8:20 AM. I complained and thankfully I received it later around 8:05 AM. - The room service was on odd hours. One day, they knocked on my door around 6 PM to clean the room. I told them that didn't work for me because I was getting ready to go for a walk. They told me they would come back later then, but then I would maybe be getting ready for bed so in the end told them not to come.

The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. The staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. They tried to help when issues came up. I had an issue with my payment method and they were very helpful and patient. The hotel's roof top was nice.

I was given the wrong room, was "upgraded" the next day to the penthouse. The spa tub was spitting out black stuff so I wasn't able to use it and there was no wifi my entire stay.

The customer service I received at this location was phenomenal. From check in to check out, every staff member was exceptional. The experience at the rooftop bar was amazing as well. The bar tenders knew the menu inside and out and were more than helpful with any questions I had. Everybody was kind and friendly! I will be staying here again!

My room was next to the Kitchen door. Although the room was very clean it was hard to avoid the chatter and smells of sharing the entryway with a dirty busy kitchen.

The first room we were given was across the hall from the restaurant kitchen. The kitchen noise was easily heard in the room and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell coming from the manager's office (also across the hall). When we asked to move rooms for something quieter, the staff was immediately accommodating. But it would have been good to know that it was a bit of a 'party' hotel. Guests on the floor above partied from 1-4am complete with bouts of screaming that kept waking us up.

The upstairs rooftop restaurant had lovely ambiance and great drinks. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Water pressure was good.

The property was not up to par with the cost of staying at the hotel. I chose to stay there because of smaller amount of people in hotel and less exposure to COVID, but the price was comparable to a resort. These were not resort facilities. Very underwhelming experience.

We paid $1380 for the presidential suite and it looked nothing like the pics on their website. They were only supposed to charge us for one night for cancellation, then one of the housekeepers stole $430 out of one of our bedrooms while we were gone. One of the toilets didn’t work, we when turned on our bathroom sink it sounded like gun shots. The ceiling in the living room was leaking and they just taped it up. The air conditioner was leaking and the TVs was broken in one of the bedrooms. There was a lizard in one of the bathrooms, and they never came to get it so we had to trap in a cup. There was no view on the balcony and the area wasn’t the best.
