I was charged $200.00 [incidental/damage] on 04/7 and 04/14, but only refunded $195.54 and $194.00. I paid in US currency and should be reimbursed in US currency since Puerto Rico is a US territory. Also, breakfast was cold, omelet was like rubber and 1 occasion we did not receive what we ordered. You should be able to eat on the rooftop instead of having to eat cold room service.

One of the air conditioning units leaked.

The location was great. It is within walking distance to the popular beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast which was included in the stay. The size of the suite was amazing. We have a family of 4 and everyone had enough space. I would highly recommend it.

The pool regretfully was closed, and there really wasn't any "pool type chairs" there.

Loved the room, the bed the staff. Should have eaten in the restaurant. Parking was great!!

My only complaint was that there were a pair of socks left inside the pullout couch leading us to believe the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or checked.

The breakfast brought to the room was great, the kitchen area was also fantastic.

The pool is tiny and located on the rooftop which is also a restaurant so i couldn’t really access it as much as i would’ve liked to. It’s literally in the middle of the restaurant, kinda awkward to be in a swimsuit while everyone else is dressed up for dinner. Also, there was a roach crawling on our bed a few minutes after checking in the first day so that kinda rubbed us the wrong way. We decided to stay since we were only booked for 2 nights.

Good location. Everything was pretty close so we didn’t spend a lot for transportation. The staff was very knowledgeable about nearby attractions.

The pool on the rooftop was more for show as there were no sunbeds and no one swimming while the restaurant was open. We managed a quick dip before 11am when no one was around but it wasn't the relaxing infinity pool I was hoping for. Breakfast was decent but our orders were wrong on both mornings. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to physically go downstairs to talk to staff.

Clean and large rooms with a comfortable bed, large TV and dining area. Good shower with hot water. We enjoyed having breakfast served to our room and the space to relax freely. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place but not worth the money tbh.

this is a very nice hotel in San Juan, located not far from the beach and some shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, breakfast was good and tasty, there is even a parking, which is nice , the reception staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely a good choice.

Nice restaurant on the roof, but very loud restaurant guests who smoke in front of the hotel make a fuss and noise until late in night.

Great staff! Nice large room, but overpriced, we paid 450$ per night.

Room had no windows and one whole wall was covered with a curtain. it did seem to have a patio door but was hidden by the curtain and seemed to be shared space with other rooms. It was a bit crowded with furniture. I say it was a Great economy room, would not call it luxurious.

The staff was really great and the facilities was clean. You also get a complimentary basic breakfast with your room.

No roof on the bar&customers - after rain which is almost every day - tables and chairs are wet. There is not hot tun. only pool and in the evening is pretty cool
