The only one thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the beach! The main attraction when you’re on a Island get away is always that clear water and soft sand. Unfortunately at this location that wasn’t the case. The beach had so much seaweed everyday it was everywhere!! The only time there was no seaweed is early in the morning. It was almost as if you were at a completely different beach if you went early in the morning no seaweed at all but as the day went on more & more seaweed would come. Also the sand was not the cleanest at all!!! Which really sucks because it was soft just like I like with no rocks but the hotel REALLY SHOULD HIRE SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE SAND WITH A SAND TRACTOR!!! I honestly think this was the 1st time I ever been on a beach vacation and didn’t see anyone out there riding a tractor up and down the beach every morning to clean the sand and trust me it shows!!

Overall I love the staff the most from the time we arrived until the time we left everyone at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful!! Also they went above and beyond keeping everything clean. All day long you saw staff members constantly cleaning all the high touch areas and in general cleaning everywhere around the hotel. The biggest plus for me was the restrooms!!! There was never a time you went in any restroom and it wasn’t spotless!! Which is always a plus because no on wants to feel like they have to go back to their room to use a clean toilet. Last but not least the food and drinks were so good!! If you couldn’t make it into Old San Juan to one of the amazing restaurants no worries the food at the hotel will keep you satisfied. Also there are lots of options at local restaurants in the area so you could easily walk down a few blocks and get that authentic Puerto Rico food we all love!!

The initial room was not up to standard but the facility did give me another room with the view that I requested during booking. The restaurant by the pool area was horrible a bird pooped on my friends breakfast, there was multiple birds everywhere some was even jumping on tables and flying into the restaurant.

Over priced. Drinks at resort are $15usd each. Breakfast was not great at resort but lunch was great.

Convenient location. Taxi’s readily available. In the middle of Ashford strip. Great clubs and even better food. Not far from Old San Juan. Wonderful staff. We had an overall great experience.

The only thing that I disliked was the dinner service. We had an issue twice. The first night there our order never made it to the kitchen and then after waiting 40 minutes we were told paper ran out and the orders should be up any minute. The second night was a birthday celebration and we had to wait over an hour for food and the food arrived cold. I mean it was chicken tenders 3 to 5 minutes tops to prepare. No beverages were given. We only saw our waitress twice. She never checked up on us throughout the ordeal until the staff manager was requested. There were 2 servers that were outstanding Tanny in the morning and there was an older gentleman short with short black hair he was evening. Didn’t have his name.

The waffles and scrambled eggs were great from the restaurant the lobby. The buffet was ok.

The hotel had all the creature comforts you would expect. The food cafe onsite was great and the food was convenient and delicious. The location of the property was walking distance to large drug store chains, food, and entertainment. Had a great time.

The elevators could have been fixed and running more consistently. Housekeeping could have done a better job on the daily cleaning. A roach was found in the room on the first night of stay!

When we first arrived the room had a very humid smell, we brought it up to the hotel staff and they put a de-humidifier in our room. We had to empty out the water as it got full. The room wasn't equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary water. The room did bring a refrigerator but it was so mall you couldn't really fit anything in there. We would of liked if the room came with a small microwave but it didn't. We stayed there for a week and housekeeping cleaned the room 2 times (one of the days was due to us complaining about the humidity). On the last 2 days of our stay they finally provided with a couple of bottles of water and a small coffee maker was put in our room.

We liked the easy access to the pool, and beach. The location of the hotel was great, it has access to a lot of different restaurants, small shops, and bars. The room was a descent size for my family and loved the balcony with the front view to the beach.

They need airport shuttle. Too big of a hotel not to have 1. They should tell travelers to schedule a airport ride a head of time.

The problem I had was the room I reserved looked nothing like the room I was given. They assured me it was the same room, although the room I reserved was king cabana double room it was just an open room it was nice but definitely not what was shown on the photos

PR just came off some stricter Covid mandates 2 days after I arrived so can’t really blame the hotel. Still not full cleaning service but when requested they were very accommodating.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and shops and restaurants all around. Only 10 minutes to Old San Juan by taxi and same to airport.

Nothing was included, not even breakfast. Also, I mentioned in the reservation that it was our honeymoon and nothing was prepared for us or recommended for us. When we called down to the front desk to ask for anything (i,e, a hair dryer - it was listed as being available in the room and wasn't) no one ever answered - phone rang and rang with no call back. There were no spa appointments available. Also, the hotel listed a game room which we found out was not yet completed.
