I wish the hotel had a fridge. Also, when taking a shower the water splashes on the floor.

The hotel was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. I must say I have sleeping problems but I slept like a baby lol. Also, I have to give outstanding credit to the staff… it was my girlfriend birthday and they helped me plan and surprise her which made her day 😊. Nonetheless, thank you guys from the bottom of my heart ( Jarod and Monica) ❤️

There wasn't a hairdryer in our room that I know of.

Slightly small and shower had no door so causes some splashing onto rug. Not a great location but if you're just using Uber, easy enough to get around.

Bed was comfortable. King suite was great size. Easy access via codes. Clean.

We take the earliest plane ever and arrive at Puerto Rico at 3 am! Luckily we communicate well with the stuff and they allow us to check in much earlier. The facilities are nice and neat. The transportation is convenient nearby. We’ll definitely rebook here next time!

It is very easy to access the front door and your room, since the staff gives you a pin code and pin room number to enter if they are not at the front desk. The room we stayed in had a very cozy and comfortable queen bed. The room has all the space you need to hang your outfits and a drawer storage to put clothes and other personal items. There is A/C in the room. There is also a smart TV where you can stream on all your favourite apps. Staff is always available if you need assistance; they are very considerate. They provide you with more pillows, sheets or towels if you need them. They also have hair dryers and steam irons. The bathroom was impecable! Very clean and it gives you that minimalist like style. There is hot water to take showers. Rooms are close to eachother, but the rooms are pretty much sound proof, as we don’t have any complain for loud noises. There are nearby brunch places to eat. This hotel provided us with an amazing experience. I’ll definitely come back for another stay!

We were 3 and had lots of luggage, so the room was a little bit small for us. Other than that it was perfect

Codes for entering hotel and room were incorrect and it took 20-39 mins to get to the room by calling various numbers provided in the email to get help.

The area did feel a tad sketchy at night, and I feel like if we drove, it would've been hard to find parking. I didn't like not having a window. There was plastic covering something in our room, but I don't know what it was.

I loved that it was easy to access without staff presents. It was quaint and just right for what was needed. When staff was present, they were kind and very informative of where to go for food and other things. Overall, we loved it and wish we had more time there.

Only issue was the bottom of door did not have anything to keep.noise out.... space under door. So you heard any noise coming from hallway.

Property was safe, super clean ,staff was friendly and made themselves available at all times even when they were not on the property to help with an issue. Passcode to get into building.

It is a brand new hotel, with the teething problems of any new construction. That said, it really gave the staff the opportunity to shine. When there was a plumbing problem in my initial room, the housekeeper, Paulina, assisted us in moving our things in an almost transparent way. (She left it tidier then we did) The building is old, and the rooms are smaller than you might expect. I would get the larger room, as the small one with a Queen bed leaves little room for other things. If you travel in vintage hotels, this is normal, but if you are used to La Quinta, it may be a bit of a surprise. But the slightly larger room left plenty of room for the time we were there.

This hotel is brand new, so furnishings are up to date and not at all worn. The staff is just amazing! When problems cropped up (As the do in a hotel opened only one week prior) the staff all went above and beyond to fix any problem in any way they could. Also, the location is fantastic. One of the best breakfast places I have ever been to is right downstairs. Another well know coffee shop a block away. You can walk to La Placita. (But will want to Uber back...) And any other location was an inexpensive Uber ride, generally. It is also in a very classic building with all the classic looks you might expect. In the update, they kept many of the classic things, only updating where needed, like bathroom finishings, which are top notch. There is also a rooftop deck they are still working on that will be a nice place to relax.

Bathroom is small , poor design -wet bathroom. Wish they have at least a coffee or tea station at the room since they dont have coffee maker at the unit. Wish they have Hair dryer in each unit , so we dont have to request it . Copy/Map of places to eat, shop and nearest point of interest.

Hotel is new and clean.
