The staff were excellent, especially the gentleman in charge of the front desk during the day. He went above and beyond everything we needed and more! He seemed to be a truly kind and considerate person. We wish him a sincere thank you, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Lovely property. Extremely welcoming staff and very helpful with local attraction recommendations. We loved the food and the outdoor gathering area by the pool. Easy to taxi to town. Lots of great restaurants and cute coffee shops within walking distance.

Room stayed humid/damp in spite of the A/C being on. Water from the shower inevitably ran outside of the shower area. Room could use a few more outlets.

Staff was amazing, room was spacious with high ceilings, beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided free of service, and late checkout was an option.

Very loud guests! screaming at the front desk personal I think. Then one morning at 3am loud pouding on the door to get in for about 10 minutes , that night I could not sleep .

I lovred the staff incredibly kind and knowledgable. The housekeeping staff left the room amazing and even placed my granddaughters toys playfully on the bed she loved it.

My credit card got stolen twice. It happened when I booked this place and then once we checked in. We feel someone at this location is selling our information. Cause on our last day someone claiming to be from the tropica says we need to update and add another card or our reservation is going to be canceled. Even though it was already paid for. So not happy with that.

We can not say enough about Jessica! She is amazing! Always smiling, very helpful, knowledgeable, made us feel like home. Words can't explain how awesome she is.

Everyone involved was amazing. I had just gotten off a cruise at 9 am and miscalculated the time for my afternoon check in and the staff there were so accommodating. They gave me a towel and chair for the beach within 5 min walk and were able to check me in early later on. I fully understand early check in isn’t always possible but this staff worked hard and everyone was amazing when I needed to check out at 3:30 am hours later to catch a flight. 5 stars all around. Sloppy renovations. Tiled showers were not sloped properly, causing a watery mess.

We booked two bedrooms (2 parents and a teen boy and preteen girl), so we thought there would be a door between them for privacy, so it was disappointing not to have one. Our garden-level room was VERY noisy from the street, even on weeknights - we bought earplugs and it was better after that. We'd like more hooks in the room to hang wet suits and towels. The pictures were a little misleading about the pool, which is the size of a bathtub.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach, and the fact that they gave us beach chairs/towel/water to go to the beach. There are great restaurants in walking distance, too. Jessica was an *amazing* front desk agent, giving us recommendations for all kinds of things and helping with anything we needed! The other desk agents were also nice. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with nice light. I appreciated having enough mirrors, which you almost never get. We also utilized the chairs and outdoor shower around the plunge pool. We loved the style of the rooms/spaces!

Music from the downstairs restaurant at night could be a little much, but we dealt with it .

The room lacked for the price. Minor annoyances like no light switch at the bed, warm not hot water, poor lighting, and small room.

Air conditioning and great location. While there are not many tourist sights nearby, the beach is less than 10mins walk as are a number of restaurants. Grocery store and public transit is also close by.

The room was clean and good sized, but a bit odd. No direct light (small windows were translucent). To access my room, I had to walk through the restaurant, then through two courtyards and a hallway that were often set for people eating (restaurant patrons and special events) and even a jewelry salesperson. By contrast to Jessica, the other staff were nice enough but made absolutely no effort to ask if I needed anything, etc. I had an e-mail exchange about my room before arrival that seemed to have been ignored. Lots of promotional talk about "posh amenities" but not really sure what that meant.

It's a cute hotel, with nice proximity to an uncrowded beach. Jessica was the star employee -- lots of energy and many connections. Walkable neighborhood (but not too touristy). Very nice (upscale) restaurant onsite.

Shower has a partial wall; it stays open and soaks the bath mat. We try to conserve towels but there are no bars for them, only 2 hooks. Simple fix to put more hooks on door, esp for wet bathing suits! Close to beach, but waves come so hard and fast you CANNOT swim safely. We had to Uber to Condado Plaza for a swim, then pay to rent loungers and umbrellas there. If you want to enjoy swimming in calm tropical waters, as I did, you might want a different place.

Very helpful friendly staff; beautiful inside decor; close to beach; fits with local community instead of being in a resort bubble; close to awesome restaurants for authentic PR cuisine; super clean; great mattress/pillows/sheets; elegant restaurant on ground floor; no noise problems in hotel or surroundings. They lend out beach chairs, towels, and (rain) umbrellas for free, and the nearby beach has shade trees.

We had no complaints They do not have a elevator so if u dont do steps arrange for a 1st floor room.

Facility was very nice great restaurant attached. JESSICA is fantastic extremely helpful has the perfect personality and attitude. She is a main reason we would return.
