No communication from the owners. Asked a few questions on booking and called a few times with no answer. They sent out an email the night before, but as we were traveling, we didn't get it.

The person helping out, wally, was great. The location was lovely easy to walk to from the beach and the AC was great.

Well, we only had one working TV in the smaller room living room tv wasn't working and the fork and knife weren't really and we had to wipe down the counters. The shower on the outside and inside was a bit hard to get hot water sometimes

I mean you guys did a pretty good job the beds and the location and staff was pretty good.

Just be aware, It's in a local neighborhood with roosters crowing, music blaring, old cars on the street, chain link fences and pricarious electrical wires dangling overhead. BUT I loved the blue and red street lights at night and the roaming horses, cats and dogs.

The guy taking care of the place was great! The rooms were small but comfortable. Nice to have coffee in the room.

The host is lovely but please note he isn’t someone who can text and therefore please know that when you arrive for check in at 3pm he will be there even if he doesn’t answer your texts before you arrive, Don’t worry it’ll be ok! If you call him just before check in he will pick up :)

Such a great host!!!! So kind and helpful, will do anything for you. The apartment was big and comfy with the amenities you need. Great aircon. We loved the outdoor space and it’s a short walk to the main bit of the town. Thank you for the free coconut milk and the taxi service from his brother !

Noise insulation is basically 0, we asked for quiet rooms but were given a room adjacent to the common area. There were incredibly noisy chickens around day and night but I think it is an island characteristics more then an issue with this specific location. The bathroom may as well not have a door, the separation from the room gives very little privacy. The level of cleaning could definitely be improved. Communication with the structure is very slow, if the person is present they are very nice but communication through phone or app is very difficult.

The location is good, away from the noise of the Main Street and higher up, which guarantees an amazing view but still only a 10 minute walk to the busy area. Access to the terrace and common area is really wonderful. Rooms are small but supplied with everything you need. Waldi was friendly and made himself available.

The level of cleanliness is acceptable, but there is room for improvement.

The location of this villa in Esperanza is ideal as it is close to the main restaurants and beaches. The owner was exceptionally kind and allowed us to check-in before the stipulated time. Additionally, he gifted us with mangoes and other fruits. The villa boasts a beautiful terrace with an abundance of fresh air. The owner also provides beach chairs, towels, and a small cooler for guests to use. Although the room is small, it is perfect for two people and will suffice for the duration of your stay. As there aren't many options available in Vieques, this was the best choice we came across. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Microwave wasn’t working.

Place was nice, what put this over the top was the staff. The man who greeted us/checked us in was beyond accommodating. The main purpose of the trip was to see the bioluminescent bay and we almost lost the opportunity. The man went out of his way to get us in contact with a tour and even drive us there! Hats off to you, sir.

this has been my only stay on Vieques, so I don’t know what other properties are like. it is on the older side, but in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of Esperanza

This was the only decent place I've managed to find in Vieques on a few weeks' notice, and it was ok. The price was reasonable compared to the other guesthouses on the island. The rooms are comfy and small, the toilet and shower were ok, there was a small refrigerator, and the sink is outside the bathroom. walls are pretty thin so you can hear other people as they come in and out. Nonetheless, I would recommend it in case you only need a place to sleep, and not a hotel room where you can hangout during the day. It was easy to walk from there to the biobay tour and the taxi driver from the ferry knew the place so it was easy to find as well.
