Everything was absolutely perfect.

Everything was perfect. A real 5 star’ hotel, with excellent services. The staff is very competent, polite and efficient. Rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was wonderful, with varied products, of excellent quality. It was a wonderful stay - we are looking forward to our next stay!

Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Good options and delicious. Omlets were made to order. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect. O view as this wasn’t a water view room. Also, we had a really early flight to catch. Hotel provided us with coffee and croissants that we could eat there or bring with us. Everything was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I thought Antonio was amazing and his welcome at reception when checking in was outstanding. He provided lots of information about the island and was very approachable. He was accomodating and helpful especially since my husband and I were swapping because of the football tournament one of our children were attending. We felt very looked after and it was nice to relax when things were so hectic with the tournament

The bathroom and room should have more hooks and surfaces to hold towels, robes, wet bathing suits and other belongings. The parking is way too expensive for the local cost of living.

Rooms have great sound and light proofing. The breakfast has enough variety and lots of local ingredients.

The front desk staff were amazing!! They helped me book a reservation at the thermal pool and helped with transportation. Above and beyond service. Also, when we were leaving to go back to the airport, we were having issues with our taxi. The very nice man at the front desk walked outside in the rain to locate our driver. He is so amazing for doing that!

Selection of food at breakfast could have been better.

Spacious room, excellent staff. We were celebrating a special occasion and staff went above and beyond to assist with this. Centrally located and parking was a nice to have.

The breakfast could be more diverse. And the coffee is no good. Espresso is ok, but cappuccino is meh. These are minor things

The location is perfect! Overall it’s a nice 5 stars hotel. I have no huge complaints. Most of the staff is friendly, some are a bit more strict so to speak. A great thing that they have a parking with a concierge so you don’t have to go to the parking. A solid breakfast.

Beautiful room, perfect size to fit all of our stuff, and beautiful view of the ocean! Hotel is in the perfect location, for walk-in and driving. That staff go above and beyond! We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing! Overall excellent!!
