Everything is amazing

It’s a farm house rebuilt as a hostel with lots of space, common areas, comfortable bunk beds, crispy clean beddings, hot shower, kitchen to cook. Even horses outside in the garden! I loved it! The host Hugo is very nice and hospitable

This is one of the places, once you are here, hard to leave, and allways Return. Hugo the host has created this space were everybody feels Home, so many Details, Such a creativ way to renovate the old House, Horses, sheep, Dog, cats 2 kitchen to use, different types of accomodation. By the way best mattraces....

This place was awesome, it's in a beautiful location directly on the camino. The staff are great, very friendly and welcoming, the place itself is gorgeous, inside and out, we had a lovely warm fire in the lounge in the evening and I recommend you try the food. We ordered food to be delivered in by a local restaurant and it was absolutely delicious 😋... everything was perfect.

Beautiful house and views. Loads of communal area for socialising. Very reasonably priced drinks. Warm powerful shower. Lovely host. The mixed grill from the recommended delivery restaurant was Devine and a bargain!

I was on the Camino and this was one of the best stops. The owner is super nice, helpful and kind. He gave us an upgrade to a private room only because it was low season.

What a fantastic place to stay if you are hiking the Camino de Santiago! The hosts are super kind and friendly, and there are horses and sheep on the premises that make for an unforgettable stay. The space is full of thoughtful, one-of-a-kind touches. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beeest Albergue you will find on the camino. Next time I will plan a longer break here or come back at the end to just hang out in the beautiful house. The beds, the fire place, vegan chocolate cake …. everything is just perfect.

Shut up! What’s not to love! 😉

So peaceful! Best nights sleep I had on the Camino. I hated to get up and leave! I will be back! It really felt like home. I enjoyed the solitude but also the company. Desserts were pretty damn good too!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 salted peanut butter cookie, yes please! Take my money! 💵🤌🏻🥰

We absolutely loved everything! House is amazing, two horses in front of the house were so friendly! Hugo was the best host we had on Camino, he was super helpful and very kind. Best Albergue so far.

I missed a hair dryer, but it is the negligible point.

Casa de Sardao is an a sanctuary in the beautiful Carreço. I arrived here after my shortest day on the Camino thus far, meaning I got to enjoy so much delicious time exploring the grounds and relaxing: I could not be happier that this is the place I ended up after a short day’s hike. The staff are so welcoming and lovely to chat with. Wonderful facilities, cozy and clean beds … a dreamy place where I have no complaints. They have plenty of options for food, such as ordering delivery from a local restaurant, frozen food options, as well as fresh baked goods. I do recommend bringing something to eat / prepare for breakfast in the morning :) Enjoy! I certainly did

The bath is basically in the bedroom what is a disadvantage if you’re shy or have a bed close to it. But there are more bathrooms in the facility.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful common area. Cheap beer, wine (great red wine) cake (delicious and vegan) and fruits to buy. Drying rack at the fireplace.
