We spent a night is a twin room with shared bathroom. The room itself is huge. The only thing was that the blinders did not work, we could not shut them. Everything is clean, the kitchen has what it takes for a meal, I saw pans and a lot of other utensils (someone cooked pasta the night we stayed). The hostel also has washing and drying machines. But you'll have to wait your turn ;) The location of the hostel is great, on top of Mount Santa Luzia, right next to the cathedral. The check-in is very ok, if you follow the steps sent by the hosts, everything goes smoothly.

Common spaces were quite small. It was a cold evening só everybody wanted to Be inside, só there Was a bit crowded.

Top bed in the bunk bed has nothing to hold on when climbing up, not ideal.

Beautiful location, make sure you arrive in time to take the cable-car, otherwise you’ll have to go up lots of steps. Lots of showers and very clean.

If you don't want to hike up the hill after a long day the escalator closes at 17:45 and opens at 9:00 (maybe it changes by season)

Wonderful stay for the Camino! The rooms were clean and gorgeous. There was a lovely atmosphere and good vibes. I left my Camino credentials there and the staff were so helpful trying to get it back to me. We were able to wash and dry our clothes at night. Beautiful location but beware of the hike up to the hostel.

A card payment system on the vending machine could be useful for those with no cash as there aren’t any late shops open near by

Beautiful, clean. 4 beds in the room max. Great view, relaxed vibe-just a superb location up the elevador or by taxi/car after 5:30 pm.

Small kitchen

Great location next to the church on top of the hill with a great view over the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Washing machine and dryer available. Nice shared bathrooms

If hooks in the shower cubicles will be perfected as no place to put or hang our clothes while taking shower and only can leave clothes outside

It was on top of the mountain right next to the church, property did remind me to prepare dinner in advance and shop in supermarket before arrival as there was nothing close by. I managed to take the funicular by paying €2 up to the hill after 30km walk as well as raining. Bedroom was nice and bed was comfy with proper bedsheet and pillow case provided. Blankets and hangers were also available in the closet if need, each bed had their own plug and lighting

The distance from the center to the hostel (unfortunately the Santa Luzia elevator works until 6pm), and climbing the stairs is extremely tiring. Due to the fact that they are mixed rooms, there is a certain disorganization regarding the use of towels, bedspreads... It would be interesting to have lockers with codes for each guest.

For a short stay it is a perfect place. There is a shared kitchen and washing machines.

Elevator closes at 530 so you either walk or taxi. Hard when you are pilgrim but overall good.

Super place. You only have to be on time for the elevator. Otherwise you have to make 600 steps to get there ;)

Location might be hard to reach if you are tired from walking a long distance. Recommend you to take a taxi or funicular to get there. Room is very compact and well equipped. All facilities are also really good to use. Washing machine and dryer is available for a couple of euros. Balconies are connected with all rooms. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave and oven as well. Not that big, but enough for cooking the dinner. Have a Chilling time near the Santa Luzia sanctuary when the sun goes down, it will be great.
