WiFi was very iffy, signal kept varying from poor to exceptional depending on where you were and then later in the week the data connection went. For someone with mobility problems the beach was a bit of a trek. There was little choice of restaurants and they weren't that brilliant.

The deco was very outdated, I felt I was back in another era! The client upstairs were VERY loud. The kitchen did not have dish soap nor dishrag.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach. Parking on site.

The apartments are a bit outdated and need some refreshment, but on the other hand, I found no better place for this price and I got all I needed.

The only thing we were less content about was de shower/bath. We only had cold water, which was fine as it was very hot, however the bath water was kinda yellow. We suspected it might be rust from the bath tub.

We really didn't expect the appartment to be this nice, as we read the reviews. It was very clean when we entered. The kitchen is small ofcourse but it had everything we needed, the beds were sooo comfortable and the seating area outside was so nice. We had an appartment near the pool under the trees, so even on the hottest day it was comfartable to sit outside and even without airco the temperature in the house was very duable at night. Even though it was high season, it was pretty quiet at the property. There were other people, also at the pool, but people behaved and were calm, no screaming kids or partying teenagers. The beach was very close, only a few minutes walk. And also a small supermarket and restaurants etc were very close. We had such a nice stay at this place, we were so sorry that we had to leave.

Other guests with toddlers in upstairs rooms, they are up early running around! It’s children, I know, but why not put toddlers in downstairs accommodation?. Lots of mosquitoes and no screens. I find it miserable when you pay a lot, that there isn’t any dishwashing liquid or dishcloth.

Good location, handy to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The grounds are lovely and the pool appears well maintained.

The sofa beds in the living area weren't very comfy, and there was a big draught under the main door that blew straight at the pull-out bed. We used a blanket to block this each night to make it more pleasant. The shower was quite weak, and the water turned cold before we had finished having a shower. We had quite a bad ant problem in the apartment too, so we bought ant powder from the supermarket and fixed it ourselves. There was a water leak in the kitchen area so we had wet food for the first few days until we worked out where the water was coming from.

The location was great for using the athletics track across the road (not part of the apartments). The local restaurants were all good, and the Amar cafe round the corner was fabulous. It was only a 500m walk to the beach, so very close. The beds in the bedroom were comfy, and the shutters cut out all the bright sunshine, so good for a decent night's sleep.

Very friendly staff, quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Near to gorgeous beach, local restaurants and shops. If you have a hire car, there are plenty of places near by to visit too.

-too less light in the room -no proper ventilation system -no ability to mark room to not clean it for that day. Even thought the cleaning stuff was enterring the room, not much noticable improvements done during the visit -overall "old" vibe

-Nice pool -very nice and quiet location with lots of trees -near Falesia beach (only 10mins walk) -ability to find a free parking spot in territory or near. A little bit tiny,but ok with small car -smal kitchen area with fridge, microvawe and electric ketle - quite good price, quallity and location ratio
