Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOne slight drawback for us was the addition of chlorine to the tap water. Something to be aware if you have an allergy.
To begin with a perfect location with most of central Lisbon very walkable. Then a lovely boutique hotel with great charm and style. Claudia and Gonçalo in reception looked after us so warmly. They helped greatly to make it a memorable stay and one to be repeated.

The service was excellent! Great suggestions of what to do and how to get there. As trite as it might sound - we had been in Spain for 3 weeks prior (21 lodgings) and this was the first place that had a washcloth :) It's the little things!!! Darling place - great breakfast - whatever you want. Close walk to most places we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel in the heart of Chiado district - all POIs in central Lisbon were at walking distance. The rooms are spacious and chic, and you have a nice and intimate feeling. The breakfast is also very good. What makes the real difference at this hotel is the people: extremely nice staff who helped us with everything we needed during our stay.

SwedenAs a vegan, the breakfast wasn't really up to par with what I would like to eat in the morning. I ended up eating out most days. However, I completely understand this is a boutique hotel and they can't accommodate everyone. It's just that having vegan options at breakfast is a big plus for me and can sometimes control which hotel I choose. Sometimes there was also noise from the street outside, although it didn't bother me too much since I always sleep with earplugs.
Absolutely perfect location and the room was so cozy. I LOVED returning to my room at the end of the day and chilling on the bed. It felt very homely - more like you were staying in someone's luxurious guest room than a hotel. Super nice staff also.

FinlandOur rooms were in the basement, and after heavy rains it really smelled a bit funky. Additionally, it must've been some strong cleaning soaps that were used, giving the rooms a strong scent as well. The beds were hard, although some people might appreciate that. Our room's huge window was street level where people tended to e.g. lean on and have a smoke in front of it, so we felt like we were in a fishing bowl and needed to keep everything shut during our entire stay. The staff was great, but many times hard to locate (rarely at front desk).
Magnificent breakfast: perfectly curated and had everything we loved! Probably the best one we've had to date. The location of the hotel was superb, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were ample and each had an own AC unit, nicely decorated as well! We also liked the use of codes instead of having to carry keys with us.
