It is an old building and of course you hear all the neighbours and when some party people are in the house, it is loud. The owner can do nothing about it. I read some bad comments about the furniture, I cannot confirm. But I think the owner already changed some of the equipment, like the cupboard in the sleeping room, which was mentioned many times. Of course some of the rest of the equipment can be changed as well, but nothing dramatic. I should mention one thing though - there is no private parking available, like it says in booking. There are some free parking slots in the area and also one paid parking, but nothing which is reserved for the apartment. It was new for me, because I booked the apartment mainly because of the parking. It was no problem to find one free at the end.

The area is very nice and the apartment is very cosy. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

This property is very hard to locate, even for the taxi drivers. Poor communication with the host, never even seen him. Hard to get into the lock box, the taxi driver had to call owner to assist us in getting into the place. They even said it’s a bad part of town. When he left he said good luck with this place.The stairs to climb are steep and it’s dark, light only stays on for a minute. The place is unsafe, the shower head is not attached and no hot water. The wardrobe in the bedroom easily could fall over. My spouse, 2 year old daughter awoke our second night to an intruder who came into balcony on the second floor at 3:00 am, extremely terrifying. My spouse got hurt trying to grab our daughters diaper bag that this person was stealing, he got away with my daughters things, neighbors called police. The owner never even came by, I am still awaiting a full refund, for this stay. We had two remaining nights left. Please beware, it’s not a good place. I must say I am very well travelled and never have stayed in a place like this. It is a very misleading description it is definitely not a cozy apartment. I feel the reviews are completely fake that say this place is good. The photos are of the view, no city view. The injuries my spouse has incurred trying to retrieve our daughters diaper bag from the intruder. Meanwhile I still await a refund from this owner.

I’ve never seen something so disgusting, apartment was uncleaned so I had to clean and sweep dust, hairs and nails. Shower, doors, cupboard were broken. Everything was sticky and dirty. Flower pots full of butts. Nobody cared about our complaint.

Honestly this apartment is not really suited for 4 people as it is advertised. Technically 4 people can sleep here, but there will be no space for walking or where to leave your luggage. We were 3 and struggled with space. Also, I don't know if there is maybe some contractor in charge of the cleaning and we were unlucky to arrive exactly when the contractor failed, but the apartment was not clean: hairs and food crumbles on the floor and on the sofa and the bed. I cannot say if this was a one-time issue, but we did not have luck. The minimum expected is to find a clean place. The shower had some damages, a missing door that meant that taking a shower would spill water everywhere. Also, we did not see any air-conditioning device, it was ok for this time of the year (November) but anywhere colder or warmer would be a problem in my opinion.

The location was excellent, in a quiet street and close by to the center, reachable in 15 mins walking. The square close by will have a few excellent local restaurants and a flea market twice a week. IMPORTANT: there are no accessibility alternatives, so if you have a reduced mobility you cannot even enter the apartment, as there are very steep stairs to reach it. A nice surprise to find some wine and cookies as a gift from the host.
