The safe in the hotel room is charged 1.4 euros per day which is insane keeping in mind this is a 4-star hotel. There could be a bit more variety during the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great, it is a short walk from the city center. There is parking on the premises. The hotel is on the beach which was a big plus for us. There is wifi all over the hotel except the beach and every room has a special wi-fi point so the internet connection is stronger. Hotel staff was really great, explained to us how we can get around and made some recommendations.

the staff were nice except for the housekeeping. they intentionally wake you up early. But if you tell them to stop making so much noise by your room they start yelling at you in German. felt like I was in summer camp not a luxury hotel

Only downside is that our room was on the 5th floor so the balcony had a brick wall compared to glass so when we sat on the balcony we couldn’t actually see the beautiful view but probably not a problem if you’re taller than we are

Beautiful hotel, the view from our sea view room was just amazing, the terrace bar is so relaxing and reasonably priced considering how nice it is in there, all the staff were so welcoming and even left my boyfriend a birthday message and bottle of wine which was so lovely as I didn’t even tell them it was his birthday they must have found out from our passports. Comfy and clean rooms and great location.

Breakfast did not have too many vegan options (savory or sweet). There was no plant milk available at the buffet, had to ask a waiter everyday for a cup. Also, the restaurant food we had for lunch was not very tasty and there was not too much variety. This could be improved.

Room was spacious, clean and it had a great sea view. The room was cleaned everyday and there were complimentary oranges and water left each time room was cleaned. The hotel is in a quiet location and staff is very professional and helpful. Beach was also close, which made our stay even more convenient. Great experience overall!

Breakfast was a little basic.

Pleasantly surprised by the room. I wasnt sure what we were getting with a "basic room". It was good sized, plenty of storage space and spotless. Air con was strong, much needed in the 32° heat of summer. Room service daily was great. Towels were always soft and fresh. Bathroom was perfect, wet room style shower, huge sink and toiletries smelt luxurious. Provided robes although we didn't use them. We enjoyed the saltwater indoor pool every evening. Beachfront location was 👌 Staff were v attentive and answered all my questions before we arrived.

The atmosphere was a bit formal for me. I thought it was a bit expensive for what I got.

Our room said it had air con but it was more of a fan, could have been an issue if it was above 30 degrees. Water pressure not great.

The location is ideal if you want to stay somewhere quiet, and only a short walk to the old town. Staff at the hotel are really friendly and the restaurant was reasonably priced for lunch and drinks (we didn’t eat dinner there). Really good breakfast included in the price. The access to the beach is amazing, we didn’t really miss having a pool as we just went down to the beach and the beach was never that busy.

Breakfast was a bit limited. The bedding not very comfortable, just a thin stiff cover, had to use blanket and was too hot, without it it was too cold.

We had amazing beach view from our room, although at first it wasn't, but it was changed on our request. From then on, the hotel, the terrace, the restaurants and the beach access were just wonderful. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The location is excellent with the walking distance to Albufeira.

One improvement would be tea/coffee facilities in the room but the restaurant do provide a very good latte and the breakfast is amazing.

The property is excellent and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Situated in an ideal area just on the outskirts of the Old Town which is a pleasurable walk. The beech is clean and can be accessed via the hotel. The best food is in the hotel restaurant and the service is outstanding. The view from the room was outstanding. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Hotel Alísios is also located on a hill.The hotel has a privately owned one. It doesn't belong to anything bored. And that makes the hotel a unique hotel in terms of service from reception to restaurant employees and cleaners. Hotel is very clean. The view from the restaurant (which serves as a bar or coffee during the day) is splendid. You can see the whole ocean. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the large veranda where sunbeds are located. There is a drop to the beach which is absolutely clean. The hotel has a swimming pool with good sized salt water also very clean and water quality checked every day. Due to corona and very few guests we didn't have a buffer but the food had to be ordered and you it what you wanted.
