Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

The hotel / apartment was excellent, with a great atmosphere, everyone was helpful and friendly and the food was for us who are Vegans was nothing short of wonderful. Even the non Vegans who were eating there were commenting on the quality of the food. So a big shout out for the Roots restaurant who provided the breakfasts and also have an evening menu. The food was so good , we ate there for three nights out of five.

That I had to leave!

Location couldn’t have been better. Several attractions are within 10-15mins walk. Carlota, who checked us in and out was amazing! Nothing was too much for her and we felt so welcomed by her. The map, places of interest and restaurant recommendations were prepared and shared with us upon arrival. Our apartment is gorgeous, very clean and most details were looked into. Style with functionality!

The bed was a little too hard for my personal comfort. Delicious chocolate treats left as a welcome gift but only on the first day!

The location was great. The suite was lovely - a bit dark, but I think that’s because it’s an old building built to keep out the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cute apartment style with full kitchen and living room. The bathroom was nice with an updated shower. The location was decent and within walking distance to most attractions. They gave you a sample of Port wine and delicious chocolates upon arrival which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel/apartment.

If we had to pick anything, it's that the ladder up to the loft of the flat was a bit steep. My partner just happens to be slightly afraid of heights, so it felt a bit perilous to her. I didn't have any issues going up and down, but we didn't end up using the living space area (where the TV and couch were) as much as we liked because it was difficult to get food and drink up there.

There wasn't one part about this location that we didn't enjoy. My partner and I loved the spacious and clean flat, and it had everything we needed for a long weekend in Porto. The staff was great and very accommodating, and everything was extremely clean.

The building has an elevator which is great but you still have stairs to navigate which was hard at time especially with luggage. The doors in the apartment for the bedrooms and bathrooms are french doors which are lovely but they make a lot of noise and one of them is not leveled with the floor.

Love the location, the prompt response from the staff and the cleanliness of the apartment. The place was quiet, roomy and safe. The apartment had air conditioners in each room which was helpful in the afternoon heat. I am very happy that we were able to stay here to visit Porto.

Because the building is part of the old town with narrow streets the kitchen and eating area was almost without daylight and there was no view from the balcony (patio).

It was an amazing location to explore the city. Our studio was nice, very clean and well equipped. The service was really good, with lovely people at the reception. We had a great stay!
