The bathroom could use a bit of upgrading. There was no air expeller.

Lovely hotel near the beach and attractions. Decent and worth the price. Just a short walk to restaurants and sea front. Staff were really helpful and nice.

No lock on bathroom door. Fridge not very cold.

The units are very outdated and for example they don’t have hot/cold water blenders. They have not even an advise the hot water was indeed boiling water. I burned my hand badly with the hot water coming out from the tap in the si k… DANGEROUS! I told the reception and no big reaction.

Old bathroom equipment, no fan, with broken toilet seat, clogged drain in the washbasin.

Comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, nice place with sea view. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cockroaches ! they are everywhere in the kitchen. nightmare. No A/C and no ventilation old engineering facilities

There was no sun on the balcony, unattractive garden view. The room was in the basement. Bathroom dated. No pool bar, bar or restaurant on site.

Location was uphill from the escalators, although only five minutes away. Pool view lovely. Bed comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets available

The only downside was the private pool I had access to was cold so could not use it.

All went very well. The best was the view from the hotel room. It was lovely to wake up to that view of the sea and beach every day. So the location very good, room excellent. staff and cleaners very friendly. I had help from the reception who were able to answer all my questions regarding restaurants, food shopping locations, and they booked transport back to the airport for when I left.

would have liked more cooking facilities, the hob was small for us but manageable - would have liked a mop and bucket to be able to clean up in between the cleaning service as this is a self catering apartment.

the apartment was very spacious and well equiped. the view was excellent . the beds were comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space available. bedding and towels changed alternative days which was acceptable

The poolside bar was closed so no cold drinks whilst sitting by the pool. Other than that I don't have anything negative to say.

The room was spacious with the most amazing view. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic.

Would have been nice to have some basics - like bottled water. We arrived very late with children so needed to go shopping early to get some basics

It was close enough to walk into the old town and was in a quiet area with easy access to the main road. Apartment was a little dated but spacious, clean & comfortable. The pool area was relaxing and the pool was a good size. If you didn’t want to eat in the old town there were a few restaurants & cafes nearby.

The balcony was not very clean

Rooms were big and great view ! Location was at the heart of everything so ideal as well and quite area.
