There was a lot of sand and also hair in our bed. It seemed that someone staying in the hostel had slept in there (probably unknown to the hosts). There was a wet towel and a couple of empty bottles left in the room.

Comfortable mattress, good value room, great location & view, use of kitchen and it was lovely to meet the host Ricardo.

The common room and kitchen are very nice spaces to be in and Ricardo is super friendly and will help you with everything. The location is just beautiful. There is a beautiful beach at only 20 minutes walking and a nice national park is just a short bike ride away

The view was amazing. And also the architecture of the house is so beautiful. The living room and kitchen were really nice and comfortable. The owner was really friendly and even drove us to cascais, because the bus wasn’t coming.

The water from the shower is not hot hot, but it's ok. The wifi doesn't reach in my room downstairs and the signal either.

The house is big and has amazing views of the sea and surrounding forest. The house has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and shower. The other people that stayed at the same time as me were so nice we ended up doing things together and going to the sao martinho fair. Great value for the quality of this beautiful house. Extended my stay many days more hahaha

Amazing hostel. Clean and comfortable rooms, and the beds had privacy curtains. Bathrooms all clean. Kitchen incredibly well equipped. It felt like staying in someone's home! I was there in the off season, but it looks like there are lots of activities organised by the hostel. Ricardo was a really great host, and we had lovely conversations. Highly recommended to anyone passing through. Thank you!

A beautiful home set on the edge of the park. The space is comfortable and clean, it feels like you’re staying in a home. There’s also a hammock and yoga room so it’s a nice place to spend time in if you need a break from travelling or want to work remotely. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s quiet and tranquil but very close to nearby Sintra and Cascais I highly recommend!

Incredible stay here... if you're looking for peace, tranquility and a home away from home then this is it. Jean and Margarita were so friendly. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a beach 20-25 minutes away. With the quietness comes more distance from restaurants, but this is to be expected if you choose a remote-ish place like this.

The staff was nice and everything, but not really present to show you the house and if you need help. It’s quite far from Cascais, which has their pros and cons.

You have a lot of space where you can stay besides your shared room. It’s very calm and peaceful. Overall it was clean and tidy. For Guincho beach is only a bit less of 2km, there’s a trail in nature which is quite nice. If you want to kite surf, remote working or just calmness it’s ideal. It’s quite well organized. There’s only two bathrooms from what I’ve seen, one just with the wc and another just with the shower, but I’ve never had to wait.
