Shower design was not good, only half enclosed, and so the water can splash out to the floor. The entire lobby was in renovation when arrive, and we didn't even know it was a lobby, and there was no staff to direct us. When we were helped by existing guests, it took sometime to check in since the computer was covered. This was not a warm welcome. Not sure if we would stay there if we knew this ahead of time.

the only thing about triple room was that the AC was right above the one the beds and impossible to sleep with this on. may be a bit of a struggle during hitter months. Anyway I'd still come back to this hotel:)

Our first night was rather noisy due to two loud discussions in a neighbouring room or corridor at 2 or 3 am (?). The two others were quiet.

Good hotel close from subway lines orange and blue as well as the bus for Belem. It is not that far from some good restaurants. Rooms are clean and rather well equiped. Excellent buffet breakfast. Helpfull staff solving customers issues for a good stay.

You can't sleep with open windows because it's directly on a big street but that's normal in a big city.

Directly at the Metro Station. Easy to come downtown. Rooms and beds comfortable and not to small. With minibar and air conditioned. Breakfast Buffet was great and the staff very helpful and kind.

The drain on the jacuzzi needed to be repaired. Entire unit needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Fair bit of dirt from the jets when turned on. Toilet (flush) in the room needs repair too.

Booked a suite with a jacuzzi and a view. Enjoyed a very nice sized room, with a fridge, and huge washroom. Good breakfast with lots of options to suit most tastes. It can get very busy but very hardworking staff who clean and replenish items immediately. Able to store bags early. Two small elevators. Very pleasant and helpful staff at check-in and out. Quiet and peaceful area of town 30 minutes walk from the center. Easily accessible by public transit, close to 3 metro lines and bus routes. Mall across the street has store called Normal for picking up small toiletries and other things. Thank you so much for the lovely surprise Romantic package. It made it so much more of a special celebration stay!!!

The location was amazing, out the front door, take about 10 steps & you were at the subway. Major bus routes were across the street. Breakfast was great, the only hotel that we stayed in during our trip that offered real fresh fruit salad.

Location convenient with Metro station very close by. Very helpful staff. Just a note, that the room was clearly for 2 people but there was only 1 mug available with the tea making facilities and a perpetual need to request basic tea and coffee ingredients ( we only wanted one cup a day each!) - however this request was always met with a smile and immediate delivery to our room of some ordinary black tea bags and coffee sachets. Housekeeping did not seem to top up this facility.

The room was functional but quite small. As I said it was adequate but lacked a 'homely' touch. The lift was also very small and only room for 2 people.

The Hotel was OK. Nothing spectacular but it was more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. It was next door to a metro station and you could get to the main tourist central area cheaply and quickly. It was also simple to get to using public transport from the airport.

Wish they provided rooms with free water bottles. Preferred bigger tables for families as most tables were for just 2 persons. Same day laundry service would have been handy.

Breakfast was good with a range of items. Triple room was spacious enough with a good size ensuite. Location was convenient for the rail and buses although we used the taxi for most of our stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
