We loved everything about this apartment. We decided to extend our stay in Porto one more night and booked this accomodation. We wished we could have stayed a few more nights here. Check in was extremely easy with the door codes. The room was so clean and welcoming with all the ammenities of a kitchen and a washer. It is centrally located in the middle of Rua das Flores. I loved the bluetooth speaker with the recommended playlists on Spotify. We will definitely stay here again!

What an awesome place this is--we loved it. The room is huge and immaculate, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. It's located right in the heart of the historic district action but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Having the kitchen and fridge was handy; we bought items for breakfast at a nearby grocery, and coffee pods were supplied. Comfortable bed, great shower--with a view! It's an easy 5-min. walk to São Bento train station. A few reviewers mentioned not being able to drop off luggage in advance, but every major city has plenty of luggage storage places -- there is one down the street from here--just Google it. Lastly, when an adjacent unit cranked up music at 9:30, we first politely asked them to turn it down. Then I sent a message to the hospitality team through my Booking app and it was answered promptly and resolved. Can't wait to return.

Ando Living-Flores was our favorite stay in Portugal. You couldn't ask for a better location - right on a bustling shopping street, but somehow the apartment interior remained so quiet! We rented three apartments and they were all perfect. It's a beautiful renovation in a historic building, and everything was spotless with gorgeous design. We were impressed with the thought they put into the place, from snacks, wine, a bluetooth speaker & a curated Spotify playlist, to umbrellas and a yoga mat - we truly lacked for nothing. I want to stay in this type of place every time I travel!

It was honestly all positive.

It was a perfect stay! The location is excellent. Right in the center of all the shops, restaurants and completely scenic. The room has all of the amenities and more! We were left a bottle of wine, fresh water in the refrigerator and items to enjoy with coffee. I simply cannot say enough about this place. It is incredibly modern and well kept. I plan to stay here again during my next visit!

Great location. A studio apartment with adequate space, but particularly well equipped. Everything you need for a brief or extended stay. Host never met but perfect communication. I would definitely rebook for a week or two in Porto.

Lots of light switches which was quite confusing. Unable to fully open balcony doors due to the door catching on the top of the blinds. The ‘door stop’ for the front door was not disguised on the floor and we stubbed our toes on it multiple times.

The only downside was I got allergies so maybe the A/C requires a cleaning but the flat was impeccably clean. Also, the shower doesn’t have a door so the floor does get wet. The floors are a bit “weak” or thin so if you have an active upstairs neighbor you will listen to some sounds. When the washing machine spins, the entire flat shakes a bit.

Fantastic location in the heart of Porto. Rua das Flores is a pedestrian street but gets quite busy during the day around 10:00 and afternoons until about 19:00 with buskers and all sorts of performers. Plenty of cafes and shops to visit and explore. Afterwards, a very quiet and tranquil street at night. There is a convenient minimarket called Minipreço within 2-3 minute walk for supplies/food. Security was great, all automated entry. You will get your door codes upon check-in. Amenities and appliances were good and worked properly. The entire building is kept in good condition. Spacious studio, good water pressure, and comfy bed. Windows/Doors look onto the street but have shutters and as previously mentioned, keep the flat quiet. Communication through booking.com was very responsive. Beautifully decorated. A perfect stay.
