Pillow was horrible. Needed to have at least 2 pillows each. Kitchen closes at night and doesn't open till 8am.

The shower took a very long time to warm up and the toilet looked a little dirty (may have just been stained from minerals in the water)

Booked for a last minute stay (same day). When checking in, the host let us know we'd booked a room with two twin beds and asked if that was what we wanted. We asked for a double bed instead and they happily accommodated that request. Check in was very easy and we were glad to have a room. Overall a nice room and was comfortable.

Our room was located in 3rd floor and we had problem with Toilet. Toilet fills up with water after flush,it might be clogged or blocked drain that doesn't allow for a proper flush. Shared kitchen could be messy by people cooking.

Accommodation is located near to Estadio do Dragao (FC Porto stadium) and mall.10-15 min drive in Car. Room was spacious and worth the price. we had private bathroom and heater were provided.Staffs were very friendly and pleasant.

Walls were very thin, shower was small and took a while to heat up.

Wonderful service, staff were very accommodating. We didn't have a problem getting anything we needed and the staff didn't have a problem providing it. Guests were kind too. There was no problem coming early to leave bags and we were offered free coffee while we waited for the room and for the duration of the stay. Very friendly people.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was quite ok, and the common area was great to work in with a good Wifi connection and outlets. The hostel was 5 minutes away from a nice shopping center.

The only bad thing was the room I was in , the room itself was very large I shared it with 3 others , and it won the toilet and shower the down thing there are no blinds or curtains and the windows are very thin, double glazing, that would help the was room 11

The staff Miss Noor was very nice at receiving my self , explained all about the hostel and a little tour they have an amazing outside garden , very heart to the center .

They don't control the space in the fridge. No packs organized by names, there's food everywhere and nobody knows whose food is that. But the functionary helped me to put my food in a little corner. I hope next time I stay there, they will have solved this easy problem.

The lady is very gentle and always in disposition to make you feel comfortable.

I don't like guests who stay in the room, laying in bed and looking at everything you do 24 hours a day. So everytime I have this kind of roommates who don't give a minute of privacy to others, I comment negative about it.

I liked the owners attitude of service and gentleness. One man who reminds me of Apu from the Simpsons. And s lovely lady who I think is his wife. They are very interested in making you have a pleasant stay. I must add that the pictures on booking ate not very accurate to what the place is in reality. But believe me, the stay was really good thanks to the owners kindness and good energy. Thank you, very much.
