Stairs are steep to the 1st floor but not an issue if you are fit & well. Bruno help with our luggage in & out. No complaints at all!

It is above a restaurant so I did hear some noise at night and early morning - but nothing that would deter you from staying.

Location was very good, close to a lot of good areas and bars and restaurants. Also very close to train station and trams. Bruno was an excellent host and couldn't have been more helpful.

The apartment needs a deep clean around all edges and corners. And also it would be much better with fresh paint. But it was good value, so is reflected in price.

Bruno is a great host. Very helpful and excellent English too. We loved location and apartment is nice. Everything we needed for a short stay. Space us good. Bathroom is small but OK. Kitchen and lounge good Size. Bedroom comfortable. Restaurants just outside. But not noisy. Brilliant cheap family run restaurant left out of front door. Pizza Italian to the right. High end restaurant by top of steps. Another up hill on right side. Passa dos Picardos. Excellent food. The old convent and piazza is at the bottom of the road. Location perfect for us. Our third visit to Lisbon.

The stairway is narrow and steep. The apartment has windows only in the living room.

Excellent location, very close to many attractions of the city. It is worth bearing in mind that the apartment is located on one of the high hills. From the nearest metro station you will have to walk about 350 meters uphill. It is better to get from the airport or from the train station with a luggage by taxi, it is very cheap.

Great location for sightseeing. Only problem was it was quite cold and the heater did not do much. Also, they need a rubber mat for the shower, there is no grab bar and it has a knee high surround, real fall hazard. Good shower otherwise, p!enty of hot water. Steep, narrow stairs to first floor apartment, not for the mobility impaired.

The location of Apatman is really great, it is very easy to explore the city on foot. Unproblematic and quick communication via Booking or WhatsApp.

The whole apartment needs some TLC and at least a lick of paint and the bathroom needs a complete update. The shower was not in a good state and you had to maneouvere over the toilet to get in and out of it but water was hot and the pressure good. No one else had mentioned this and the photographs weren’t too accurate. I really don’t like complaining as Bruno was great but have to be honest.

The location and Bruno our host was so helpful and friendly.The. Cost was very reasonable for a city break. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine although we used neither. The TV had some reasonable English channels. The apartment was quirky and bijou but probably for a short break only.

the cleanliness of the apartment is terrible. in the photos you can see some of the details to which I refer, the pillows were disgusting, I had to buy a bleach to clean the bathroom myself to be able to take my daily showers, there was dirt on the floor, superficially cleaned refrigerator, oven Cleaning superficially, in general, the poor cleaning of the apartment was evident. Being an old building, the footsteps of the guests above woke me up every morning despite me wearing earplugs. the washing machine cannot be used and that was not communicated to me when making the reservation.

The location of the apartment is perfect, you can walk from there to the main points of interest in the city. Near the accommodation there are many options for eating and shopping. I asked for early check in and it was approved without any problem.
