Cosy, very large appartment, in new building complex, closed to the center of Funchal (15 minutes by walking). Parking place in the garage. Very kind host Leonel, always ready to help and answer your questions. Leonel helped us to rent a car and adviced us what to visit. Next time in Madeira we will choose the same appartment.

The AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, but there was a breeze throughout if you kept the windows open.

The property was beautifully clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for us and the balcony had a beautiful view of the pool. It was easy to walk to the old town.

Very good location. Close to the city centre and a shopping mall. Indoor parking was a big plus as the car was always cool. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is very spacious. Leonel is really very hands on host and made sure we had a great experience.

Beautiful spacious apartment with all necessary equipment. Leonel is very nice and helpful. A short walk to the shop and the center. Quiet place, large rooms and terrace. Leonel helped us rent a car for a very good price too. Everything was great.We can definitely recommend it.

A beautiful and peaceful place with a nice view. It is close to the city center and it is easy walk. The owner of the location is nice and easygoing person, everytime hi support and help the guest if it is necesary.

We went in February, the pool isn't heated so we couldn't go for a swim. However, the beach is a short drive away.

Our host gave a detailed tour of the apartment and the facilities. He was available throughout our stay to organize taxis, answer questions and give recommendations. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location was calm but walkable to a supermarket and the Old Town.

Cannot really put my finger on anything. The apartment is well served, serviced and quite central. We could have requested a change of sheets, but did not bother. An AC in the bedroom would have been an added benefit, but this was covered by the AC in the living room, once the doors were left open.

Leonel and Ana are a wonderful couple who go out of their way to ensure their guests are comfortable and are ready to accommodate wherever possible. We vouch for this property with our eyes closed. Clean, Well Kept, Quite, Complete Amenities, Safe, and Adequate Parking for Funchal. Just take the dive and BOOK.

Simple answer: Nothing, which could have been better...

This Apartment ist just amazing. It has lots of space in different rooms with modern equipment. Kitchen is equipped with everything which somebody could need. Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing machine... everything's just perfect. The owner Leonel is a perfect host, who takes care about all wishes and requirements the guests might have. Thanks again Leonel for your phantistic side trip recommentations, as well for the excellent hint regarding car rental possibility. We will come back again to your Apartment for sure! This was a really lovely place to stay for a week with my family. It was well-located, close to both the shops and the port/marina. La Vie shopping centre is 5 minutes down the road. There is a supermarket on the bottom floor, near the food court, in case you are looking for one! The port is just a few minutes further on, and (for any Ronaldo fans) CR7 is a stone’s throw really! Our host, Leonel, recommended BeerHouse, which has a prime position on the port – great food and beer. Leonel was super helpful and was always on hand for a bit of advice if we needed it. He sent us recommendations of places to visit via WhatsApp, which was really useful as we were first-time visitors to Madeira (we will return!). The apartment is beautiful. It is very modern and amazingly spacious, with beautiful wooden floors and the tallest wooden doors. It is situated next to the Four Views Baia Hotel and the complex has lovely gardens and both an outside and indoor pool. There is a sauna and steam room (which we didn’t use). The apartment is really well-equipped and spotlessly clean (with loads of towels – which is always nice!). We were able to park underneath the complex at no extra cost. We just had a lovely week: what more can I say?!?

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The apartment is well-situated for the lovely city of Funchal. It is about a fifteen minute walk downhill into the centre of the town and is a little steep coming home. However one can always get a taxi back up, if necessary. We found the accommodation to be exceptionally spacious for just two, but would be very good also for a family of four. The furnishings, fittings and appliances were of high quality and Leonel, our host, was kindness itself. He checked on us regularly and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt that we were in safe hands. We hired a car for three days and drove around the island, which is very mountainous and extremely beautiful. The roads can be very windy in places but there is also the choice to cut through the mountains, using the many tunnels that have been built over the years and which have not detracted from the loveliness of the island.

Air conditioning was broken in the whole building but not the apartments fault.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was extremely quiet at night and it got the sun on the large balcony all day. You could use both showers at the same time plenty of hot water. All the appliances were perfect and the beds extremely comfortable. Lots of restaurants 10 min walk away or you could get a taxi without any problems. Outdoor pool and gym were both open and quiet. Would recommend this apartment. Lots of space and very modern. No issues with Wi-Fi or parking. Host always available and very helpful.
