The Host is fabulous! The studio apartment was very spacious. Kitchen had everything to make a variety of meals. There was parking for our rental car. Wash machine in the unit for laundry, with hanging outside to dry. Quiet at night! Our unit had seating outback to view the lagoon. You cross the street you are on the beach, you walk to the back of the building you are at the lagoon. A 2 minute walk to the Ferry to go to the city. Great memories from our stay at the Barracuda!

Fantastic location - very convenient for the ferry to the city, easy access to the airport, and right by the beautiful beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by, small grocery shop too. Marco (Host) is very friendly, provided all the information about the apartment and places worth visiting. Overall, great and successful stay!

Third visit here for us! Marcos is an excellent host and the accommodation is perfect for a break. The location is superb - feet away from the Ria Formosa and beach. Short walk to the low key nightlife of bars and restaurants, and ferry to Faro Town. Accommodation is clean and comfortable.

We didn’t really have any issues, the fridge broke but the hosts were excellent and got the issue resolved right away, they also had some excellent recommendations for things to do

Storms had brought a lot of sand onto the road and footpaths which made finding the edge of the footpath difficult.

Ideal position for ferry to faro and walks on nature reserve to see flamingos. Ate at Snack bar next to Rrudys and the food was excellent with very reasonable prices

The excellent Host (Marcos) couldn't be more kinder and helpful. The position - Metres away from the beautiful Atlantic Beach on one side and the picturesque lagoon on the other with canoeing and windsurfing to watch or take part. Walking distance to coffee bars and restaurants. Close proximity to frequent ferry crossings to Faro Old Town.

The toilet door wouldn't close and the beds could be better.

Nice location, fully equiped kitchen. The ferry to the old town is around the corner, nice quiosques for food and drinks. They had umbrellas for us to bring to the beach.
