It would have been perfect if some soap were provided for the bathroom and kitchen. Also a dishcloth or sponge for doing dishes. These are minor inconveniences though.

Kitchen is very small, so if you don't plan on cooking, it should be OK. Warm water comes for short duration but should be good for a family.

Location is amazing with lots of amenities stone throw away. So overall good value for money!!

Noise. Difficult to avoid the noise in the location.

It is steps from the beach. We could open the window and feel like we were almost on the beach. The staff were fantastic. We would love to return.

The only thing I can think of is that we had a big King sized bed with only two tiny pillows. Everything else was great.

Location, staff, friendliness. Rooms were clean and as described. Host spoke English but was happy when I tried speaking what little Portuguese I've learned.

The staff ddin't tell us how to get the key for the apartment and I messaged them we will be late as our train got delayed. The didn't reply to the message and didn't tell us there won't be anyone when we will arrive. We used some neighbour's phone to call that apartment and how to get the key. The apartment didn't have shower gel and handwash. Carry them with you

On site dryer would have been good as the laundromat was not close by. The 7th bed was not suitable as we had 5 adults and even the kids were a bit big for the pull out bed. Probably best to market as a sleep 6 and room for a cot.

Lovely view, close to most amenities, shops and beach. Staff lovely. On site parking was great considering location. Good lift. Rooms were a good size. Internet quite good.

Noisy at night, and the refurbishments downstairs started at 8:30 in the morning which was quite disturbing when on holiday.

The location is a big plus and a minus az the same time. It is close to the beach but it is very noisy at night.

Location very central to the action, but at night action was louder than I would have liked. If you want to be close to the bars on Priar de Roche, this is the perfect location. But if being near bars and the noise then select a building a little further back.

The restaurants on first level were very good and reasonable. Proximity to stores, restaurants, sight seeing tours, beach, all were just right outside your door, very convenient.

My stay coincidently included the weekend of Portuguese MOTOGP held north of Portimão. As a consequence motor bikers gather here and compete with loud explosive modified engines from 2100-0400. I had to depart early as it was so bad. Had it just been the sound of people in the street it would have been OK. Evidently this happens for just this weekend annually but bars with loud techno music have extended licences particularly in the summer. The poor local residents have no control over this. Unless you intend to party through the night (great place), perhaps ask about expected noise and vibration levels for the duration of your stay.

Very well equipped apartment with washing machine. Working lift, excellent wifi. Amongst the bars, cafes, restaurants with a good local supermarket one block away. Local City Bus (into Portimão 2-3 km) stop opposite. Good communication with manager.

shower lacked water pressure, thought I was getting a balcony but only some apatrments have them, not this one. Door lock difficult, had to be shown 'knack' before I coudl open it...lock needed adjusting for warped door. The attached car parking was difficult
