Not all facilities open due to early season would have liked the pool bar open

We arrived on Thursday and up to Sunday there wasn't any housekeeping in our room, no bins emptied or beds made or clean towels or toilets paper. we mentioned it at reception and the girl said she'll get someone up. Later that evening all was left inside door was towels and toilets paper. So i said it at reception the next morning (Monday) how come they're not emptying bins or cleaning our room. And she was surprised that coming into the 5th day there was no housekeeping done. I was surprised at that.

The beds very very comfy, the shower was fab. Facilities inside apartment was very good. Plenty English speaking channels on TV.

WiFi was nonexistent in the room. Staff said it was due to a storm. We had to sit in the lobby to use it. Also, I don’t understand how you can rent an apartment where you can cook a meal and not be provided dish soap and dish towel. There is absolutely no way to properly clean the dishes.

Property was very nice, apartment was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Staff were particularly friendly, the reception gentleman, the lady at the pool bar, and the cleaners. We had a sea view apartment (306) which was large and clean and had a fantastic view over the town and sea. I'd seen reviews about the steps from the Old Town and whilst there are a few and quite steep, they can be avoided (if needed) by following the slightly longer road route. For us (60+) they actually felt like the steps did us some good! The weather was great and the hotel peaceful and relaxing. Great value and great location.

The walk back up from the old town was up very steep steps and hill not for any 1 with mobility issues. A few ants around sink in kitchen and bathroom needs an upgrade

Can be noisy at night. If you’re there to party in town it’d be great but I wouldn’t suggest it as a family place or quiet place

Great location, just outside the main town but close enough it only took a few mins walk to get there. Downhill there, all uphill back with a lot of stairs. Good for fit people but I wouldn’t book if you have any type of mobility issues

While the apartment had a full kitchen and pots and pans, appliances including coffee maker, there were no packets of coffee or salt and pepper for cooking. I checked with the front desk to see if they had any for purchase and there was none. There also wasn’t any dish soap in the apartment so we were unsure what to do with our dishes after we cooked. Overall our stay was great, but I think complimentary packets of coffee, tea and salt and pepper packets would’ve made our stay perfect!

Rooftop pool was amazing and overall our apartment was wonderful and spacious!

Would’ve liked a bigger pool that was heated a bit more. The pool is perfectly functional for someone looking for a nice dip and it’s really clean but if you have a group of 5/6 people they could nearly take over the pool with no bad intentions. Shower holder is strange the way it tightens and only figured it out on the last day but we probably should’ve asked sooner.

Really helpful, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Property is only a stones throw from the best that Albufeira has to offer (though the climb out of old town on steps is a good workout !) For somewhere that can be very noisy at night this property is far enough out that you will not hear the music but close enough that you’d take no notice of popping down for milk or bread. There is an excellent Lidl store a 10 minute walk away and a very good Aldi slightly closer. Continente is only 15 minutes away and you’d get anything from a laptop to bread to alcohol there. Apartment and furnishings are no frills but very nice. Relaxed atmosphere all around and no hogging of sun loungers by the pool. Good beds for a family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Stayed in 204 which is 30 seconds from the pool and 15 seconds from the nearest Uber pickup which worked very well. No shortage of hot water for showers and very well equipped kitchen with good oven and hob.

Bar staff wasn’t polite towards end of stay after being so welcoming meeting us and serving us the first couple of days

Great pool area, fantastic for a stag do which we was on and brilliant location on the hill to get a draft but short walk down to the busy bars. The room was very very spacious which didn’t expect and clean with comfy beds

Property was clean, there were two different pools and always plenty sunbeds. All staff especially renato the receptionist and the blonde woman at the pool bar were extremely friendly and helpful
