There was no air con in the bedroom and the beds in the bedroom are for children really (very narrow). It would have been good to have some washing up liquid. We had to pay for a key to the safe, which was a non-refundable fee. You have to ask for a hair dryer - not provided as standard. Iron but no ironing board. Cockroach in the bathroom and the bathroom shower curtain fell down when using it. You can hear everything through the walls - we were unlucky to have very inconsiderate neighbours for 2 nights of our stay. Generally a nice stay, but it needs a bit of a refresh. Some of our family stayed in another apartment on the same development which was very modern… air con in both bedrooms and living area, you can flush loo roll down the loo, modern furniture and finish, etc. it was really nice.

The apartment was large and spacious, as was the terrace. It backed out onto the lawn where the pool was which was excellent. Good location. A nice 25 min walk to the harbour. Lovely staff. Great pool area! Big pool and enough space for families around the pool.

One of the bad quality sofa bed collapsed every night. There was no soap in the bathroom or cleaning sponge and stuff in the kitchen.

The apartments are located in the luxurious area of Vilamoura. Beautiful gardens are around and everywhere. As the place is about 3 km from the ocean it is ideal for someone who wants to visit many different beaches and places along the Algarve cost by car.

Quite an old property and very basic accommodation, mismatched cutlery, plates cups etc., had to boil a pan as no kettle. Needs modernising but then if it was it would be a lot more expensive!

Location was great, pleasant 1.5mile walk to Marina 1mile to beach. Spar shop round the corner. Very clean and maintained throughout.

I liked everything very much. The apartments have everything you need for living. Near the pool. Everything is green everywhere. Grocery store nearby. The beach with the car we drove 7 min. Everything is just great.

The only issue was that they were refilling the pool when we first arrived so we couldn't use the pool for the first 2 days but they did say we could use another apartments pool which was around a 10 min walk way which wasn't Ideal. However, with that being the only negative, we were still very happy staying there and would book again.

The apartments and facilities were fanastic; exactly what we wanted. The room was spotless and had everything we needed with newish appliances including great AC. During a stay of 6 days our apartment was cleaned twice (surfaces wiped, beds made and floor swept & mopped) which was fab. Shower was also great and worked well. The pool was exactly as pictured and the outside area was well kept and maintained. The receptionist (Fatima) was brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

horrible smell of rotten milk from the kitchen, no staff on to ask about sorting this, snack bar not even open, closest shop 20min walk, rust in the bath, left the apartment after 2days was meant to stay for 8nights

Other guests did not respect noise levels, but that is not the fault of the establishment.

The accommodation was lovely! On the ground floor and conveniently situated close to the pool. Spacious place.

No kettle to boil water. Stove oven extremely dangerous. The whole unite gets really hot when it's on. Also, the unite is not even, it rumbles.
