Beautiful apartment with lovely balcony and sea view. Its location was perfect beside sea and old town. Staff were very helpful and cleaners did a great job daily!

Exceptionally helpful staff and location was ideal. A short stroll to Old Town and beach. We stayed in a one bedroom appartment which had lovely air con and the bed was really comfi. Would highly recommend 👌

Wifi is slow.

Great location, nice and quiet neighbourhood, while close to beach and old town. Room is tidy and cleaned every day, very nice cleaning lady. I was in a room without balcony, but the building has a nice terrace on the top to read and relax, and for beautiful sun rise .

The bed was a bit hard for my friend, but on mentioning this to Katherina, she got a duvet for my friend to use over the mattress, which helped. We only had a small balcony with not much of a view at the back of the property. Studio 2, in my opinion, is the best as it has a nice spacious courtyard on the ground floor.

Location in the old town was nice and peaceful but so close to the beach ⛱️ There are some lovely little bars/ cafes along the street. We particularly liked Sugar Rabbit. it's a vegetarian cafe and the pancakes are so yummy we had them 3 times. 😋 We used the rooftop for sunbathing most days, and the view over the sea was beautiful. Katherina, on reception, was so helpful and friendly.Note that the studios and apartments are in different buildings with the apartments on the beach side of the street and the studios a few hundred meters away on the opposite side where you need to go up on the rooftop to get a view of the beach. Lastly our studio was spotlessly clean. 👍

Nothing not to dislike ! Although on leaving, the reception in the main block was not open, so I had no other choice but to leave the keys at the apartment. this did worry me a little !

Excellent location with superb views. No lift in the apartments, and a spiral stairs to the pool was a little challenging. Cleaning staff were outstanding, and very attentive, and always polite with a smile. This is a great location for many Old Town Restaurants , and walks to the Marina

No laundry service available if staying for long. Though there are many laundry available near by which can be used but good to have either washer drier in apartment or laundry service tie up.

I liked everything about it

Clean apartment, great stay, had everything we needed, quiet yet close to the city center. Katharina was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond. Spectacular sunrise from the balcony.

Would be nice to have one Quine bed and not two double bed…. We are sorry for booking only 4 nights…. Absolute not enough that time for Algarve! Amazing region and we already talking about coming back!

Excellent apartment with an amazing Seaview. Spacious, clean and well maintained. Good communication from the hosts. Just a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Street parking available close to the property. Highly recommended.

In the apartment the wifi signal was poor at best and non existant most of the time - I understand the router in the front hall is some distance for the top apartment but some sort of booster would be a great addition. Booking in was delayed a little but finally worth the wait

What a superb apartment which was spotless and cleaned every day by a couple of lovely ladies how took great pride in their work. The apartment was one of four in the building and we had the top apartment with magnificent balcony views out to see and over towards the famous Peneco beach. As an added bonus we also had a small terrace towards the rear of the apartment which had a couple of sun loungers and a lage parasol. The actual photos on the Booking website do not do the apartment justice - after climbing the marble stairs our front door opens into the very well equiped kitchen (microwave. kettle, fridge, hob. cooker etc) where the read door lead to the terrace. Just off the kitchen was the living room with TV, big dinning table with 4 chairs, a bed sofa and decent doubled doored wardrob. The bedroom was spacious and the two large single beds quickly became a huge double. The bathroom had everything you would need and like the rest of the apartment was spotless. Both the bedroom and living room had their own air-con units and both had access to the balcony which was great if someone wanted a lie in. All rooms had plenty of storage plus there was a safe built into the wardrobe. Access to the pool was via spiral staircase from the balcony
