There were renovations going on while we were there which we weren't aware of in advance. Some parts of the rooms, bathrooms were a bit tired needed a bit of renovation especially the showers which sometimes only had a trickle of water.

The location was great, close to the marina for a few bars and restaurants. The apartments were a great size with ample room to accommodate all the group. The pool and amenities were good., with decent snacks bars for beers and pizzas. Great size pool.

No restaurant or shop on site was the only downside.

The apartment was huge and very close to walk to the Marina. Staff were helpful and pool was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near the Marina. Great value for money.

We had a ground floor apartment, room 001. There is a small patio that looks into the road and no -secluded garden. There was building works going on across the road which made it unpleasant to sit outside.

Location was good. Nice and clean and secure. Apartments are big with plenty of room.

I appreciate that we were staying in April but to have the little pool side snack shop open would’ve been great!

Beautiful bright coloured buildings. Fantastic pool. Close to the marina where there are lovely bars and restaurants and a small Spar which has most things (just not fresh fruit or veg). A lovely walk into albufeira old town. Tourist train stops every ten minutes or so beside the steps down to the marina.

It is a bit outdated and tired, it needs a facelift. Had problems with the hot water.

Everything was excellent, just the building started at 8am so if you’re up it’s no bother but we wasn’t.

Excellent place to stay, few restaurants and bars on the front just a stone throw away. We went in February so not everything was open but highly recommended the Irish bar! Property was clean, there was building work going on which we could hear for the little time we was in the apartment.

Had to request things that were standard in the booking material - iron & ironing board, swipe card for the exit to get back into the door near to the marina

Loads of space - 4 bathrooms with showers & baths. It was very comfortable & the location is great. Kitchen was ideal (no kettle so used saucepan), but had toaster & plenty of hot water

Poor kitchen facilities. The gas cooker heated poorly, which, combined with the large diameter of the pots (there was only one small one), caused problems bringing to the boil even pasta put in boiling water. Plates, cups, glasses and cutlery were plentiful. You can't complain too much about the pots and pans either, but the rest of the equipment left to be desired. Apart from the microwave, capsule coffee machine and toaster, there was only what was pictured. One could look in vain for a sponge, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel or even scissors. Another problem was the hot water coming from the gas heater. Not only did you have to wait a long time for it, wasting litres of water, but it ran out when two people tried to take a shower. The interior was overly modestly decorated and equipped, for instance there was just one chair and a small desk in the huge master bedroom. Lots of empty, unused space. All in all, not really cosy. See the photos. Wi-Fi was poor on the upper floor. Hooks or clothes hangers were badly missing both at the entrance (when it rained, there was nowhere to hang wet jackets after coming into the house) and in the bathrooms. The bathroom next to the largest bedroom was too tiny although there was a large empty space in front of it and there was nowhere to hang or even put clothes because there was no room for a chair. The upper bathrooms lacked ventilation - when someone took a shower, the small space immediately fogged up. If someone needed a mirror after a shower, they had no chance to use it because it was completely steamed up. In the living room there was a sofa and one armchair, but there was no lighting of any kind for the sofa (which is visible in the background in one of the photos) so in the evening it was impossible to sit there and read because it was too dark. In the largest bedroom, it was only possible to sit at the desk, although there is plenty of space and a sofa or armchairs and lighting for them could be arranged.

A spacious and nicely located duplex apartment a few minutes walk from the Marina and 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Albufeira. Quite a few restaurants nearby open even in January. Possibility to use the internal car park. Cleaning every other day. Three bathrooms, one by the master bedroom, one shared by two bedrooms and a third one by the living room. Nice and friendly staff. Nicely maintained greenery.

Spacious room, had everything you need. Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine etc in the kitchen. Just make sure you bring things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap powder and one of those sponge pads with the green back. Alternatively a dishcloth. Everything else was provided. Underground car parking with numbered parking bays.
