Pillows hard quilt very thin asked for extra. Layout was awkward with china and cutlery half way across the room only 3 sockets unable to charge iPads and phones after 8 hour drive as won’t give second key

Overall, the hotel condition wasn’t great. There were some small holes in the walls, crack in the air con and the bath had stains but it done the job. It is quite an old styled hotel but 4* and not bad for the price! If you’re only going there to sleep then i’d definitely recommend it because the location is great.

The location is amazing. 15 min walk away from either Old town or the New town and is centre to many shops and cafes/restaurants. Free parking available on the outside of the property was a big help! For the price, the rooms are standard and somewhat spacious. We also had a balcony which was nice. The small kitchenette was also useful. The staff at this hotel are suuuper helpful when asking about things to do in Albufeira, we practically asked them everyday if they could recommend us beaches, shopping centre etc and they know the good spots! Room comes with aircon and a TV Ironing board is in your room already but have to leave €20 deposit at reception for the iron. The pools are lovely and spacious, can be quite packed in the day. Friendly staff and good location are the main good things about this hotel!

Beds were quite hard. Many of the guests were noisy this year- big change from last year. Babies, young children and their families dominated the lounge and dance floor. Seniors could not dance.

On the main road. Noise from traffic and late night revellers disturbed our sleep.

Was fully self contained. Handy for shops, bars and a short walk to the beach.

Only 1 key card per room.

Loved the aparthotel. Apartments very comfortable with big sitting room and bed room. Lovely food in the restaurant and great entertainment at night. Staff were very obliging and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Location was great next to few shops and restaurants. Taxi rank 1 minute away. Two supermarkets within walking distance.

A couple of things in the apartment could do with an upgrade e.g the television had very few channels to watch. As we were a couple it would have been nice to have a double bed rather than 2 single beds or at least be able to attach the beds together. They were not the most comfortable beds either but had only 4 nights so it was manageable.

The location of the hotel is perfect as its only 10/15 minute walk to the beach and old town. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was excellent. We ate 3 out of 4 evenings there and each time we were very happy with our meals.

Not enuff sunbeds; had to sit on grass; which isn't much good when you have a slipped disc; but people had towels on beds; in which they didn't use until late afternoon; which isn't fair , could put me off coming to the hotel again

Bed sofa was uncomfortable,room was cold,could be because we were on -1 floor(I asked for lowest floor,so I’m not complaining).And also slightly noisy.

Appartments quiet big and comfortable kitchen was well equipped except for maybe a few tea towels . There was absolutely no noise or disturbance there by night which was great

No cleaning products supplied in the cupboards? Could do with some cloths, washing up liquid etc so we could clean up after ourselves and not expect the cleaners to do it. Very loud neighbours scraping chairs and stomping around until early hours of the morning. Not very sound proof, would recommend bringing your earphones or earplugs! Pillows flat, could do with replacing

Great sized room! Loved the kitchenette, really helpful to have a full size fridge, microwave and toaster etc. Location is perfect, 5min walking distance to cafes, supermarkets, also popular takeaways McDonald’s Kfc Pizza Hut just over the road. Staff really friendly Entertainment every night was great

City view room with balcony too noisy and sitting on balcony inhaling traffic fumes is not recommended. Pre-paid breakfast is a joke, 5 pre-set menus and portions are child size and quite insulting. Only 1 small tea or coffee - large coffee is extra - A better option would be to allow pre-paid to choose from breakfast menu (quite a good menu) and drop the silly pre-paid options.

Hotel is well located, but city view rooms are on a very busy street with a lot of traffice. Room quite well equipped and comfortable.
