Staff were very very friendly,rooms cleaned regularly,food was great,pool & loungers always clean and plenty of them.Great spot for a quiet relaxing holiday 👍👍

Quite noisy at night, my apartment was above the outside seating area for the bar and I had to ring reception at 2.35 am one morning to complain about the noise.

Very nice apartment, spacious and very clean. Nice big balcony and pool was lovely. There were some toiletries and a decent hairdryer in the bathroom and the kitchen facilities were good.

The apartments are a good size and the location is great for the strip and the old town. The pool area and outside bar area are lovely, the food was fantastic and there was always entertainment on in the bar - we really enjoyed our stay here

Hen night left do whatever they wanted at the pool, didn’t bother me really but definitely bothered some as they left the pool area. Never saw any staff ask them to tone it down a bit.

10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach, the new town & old town. 3 minutes in a taxi. Excellent location.

The beds! The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable, having stayed here 3 times previously and not having a problem, I can only assume they are due to be renewed?

Great location for access to Old and new town, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by, supermarket virtually next door. Exceptionally clean and staff very friendly. Well equipped room, if a little dated, shower great. 2 large pools and beautiful bar/restaurant terrace area. Great value for money.

one key between 4 is a bit silly (4 friends staying together one comes back with key we need receptionist to let us in is a pain when he obviously wasn’t happy about it)if this is the case give out more keys then needn’t bother staff also hairdryer in room is not fit for purpose

Nothing really, we got a really good price for our stay but if I was paying more I would say it could do with a update as looking a little tired in places, but I wouldn't hesitate to book here again

being the first time staying in the hotel ,it was fun finding our apartment ,we asked for pool view ,we got it the lifts first few days was interesting ,made a few visits to wrong floor ,my Husband Bobby is starting short time memory got lost a few times ,I had to go up in the lift as I knew what was happening ,he’s 83 soon but was not worried about it . the only thing that bothered us was ,first I got a new hip in the previous months ,so could not step into Bath ,I needed the walk in shower , .single bed not for us as we are married 57 years and always sleep together ,that would prevent us returning . night Entertainment wonderful ,My brother and sisters and family came to meet us from Dublin ,they usually stay in Brista Sol ,they love the showers and beds ,but no entertainment Pedro and Neil Diamond ,we loved the lounge and your bar men top of the line .

the staff was first class ,reception ladies most obliged,hairdressing two terrific ladies ,Isabel I had my hair colored cut styled and ,it was first class ,we were lucky to pass the salon to get to our room,smiles and chat and first class treatment .

Television was very small and old. The sound was poor.

The staff is excellent at the reception and in the restaurant. They were all friendly, courteous and patient. The food in the restaurant was excellent! On par with some of the best in Albufeira and we have visited here 4 times so we know the good places for food.
