The apartment does not have a washing machine as the space inside is limited. But there is a solution. There is laundromat not far from the apartments

Some noise from the road early morning.

Bijoux apt really well presented - comfortable, clean, everything one needs. Excellent wifi. Gorgeous views over the Atlantic. 3 miles' bus ride (no 500) to Porto centre, bus stops almost outside, buses very regular. Free on street parking. Short walk to shops inc supermarket, and bars and restaurants.Very warm welcome and support from the lovely hosts. Very generous welcome goodies (drinks, snacks, toileteries).

We loved everything, totally positive experience.

We loved everything about our stay from the very beginning. We arrived 2 hours prior the check in time and it was pouring rain, so we really appreciated when Jose Diogo had offered us early check-in free of charge. The view from the apartment is stunning, and a dining table is placed in a way that allows you fully enjoy it with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The apartment is lovely, it is relatively small but very well organised. Bathroom has good lightning (important for me) and everything you might need - shower gel and body lotion by La Roche Posay, dental kit, scissors, etc. Everyday cleaning is a nice bonus. The communication process with the owner was smooth and pleasant. The area is super nice with nice promenade along the ocean literally next to the door and with some nice restaurants and cafes in a walking distance. A bus stop from which you can take the bus number 500 and get directly to the city center is 2 min away. We had spent amazing 3 days in this apartment and wish we were staying longer.

The down side is that is on a busy thoroughfare.

The attention to details, the amenities provided: toiletries, water, chocolate, Port wine and a fully stacked kitchen. Very cozy, perfect for a couple and a solo traveler. Super comfy bed!

The bed was extremely comfy, and waking to the ocean view, was magical. The kitchen was well stocked, with quality cook wear and appliances. I appreciated the many personal touches and thoughtfulness of the host.

Location on the ocean side, you can enjoy it from the balcony or while walking, comfortable apartment with everything you could need - shampoo, tea, coffee, even chocolate and vine! It is warm in winter and quiet. Host was very friendly.

An extra key would have been helpful as we do different things at time, but it was ok.

If you needed something it was already there in the room... You couldn't ask for more and even included complementary still and gassed water, chocolate and a small bottle of Port!!! The apartment is ecclectic in decoration and is visual to the eye. Stunningly clean and well kept in maintanace. Open the french doors and let the sound of the Atlantic soothe you to sleep or just aid relaxation. The hosts are really friendly and nice and I'm sure would help with anything you may need, and explained where everything is when you first arrive. Lots of lovely cafes,bars and restaurants and a mini market nearby to stock the fridge, just a short walk to matoshintos to get the metro and more things to do and see. Will be booking again when the weather warms up.. thanks for a wonderful, stress-free stay.

Compact and perfectly formed and stylish apartment overlooking the beach and close to some great bars and the tram into Porto. The brilliant hosts have fully stocked it with everything you’d ever need - they have even provided beach stuff such as bag, towels, hats and sun cream. Complementary welcome drinks in the fridge too.

It might get a little loud in the night with the opened window but also you can close it and turn AC on. It's also a good option.

The apartment is truly an art gallery with everything you need for a short and longer stay. You are welcomed with nice beverages and Portuguese wines. I really liked the very close distance to the ocean and sound of the waves in the night. Apartment was very clean and maintained daily. Jose is a great host and the ocean view is amazing! If you have a scooter or a motorcycle you can park it in front of the apartment.

Comfort, location, daily room service, beautifully decorated apartment, treats in the fridge, fantastic hosts, view of the sea, proximity to many beaches, restaurants, art galleries, museums, supermarkets and beach bars, quiet/safe area etc Bus stops very close by to centre of Porto/Matoshinos.

Would have preferred a bit more lighting in the apartment. Also would have preferred shelves in the closet area to unpack a bit.

The location was wonderful, steps from the beach. Owner was available as needed and extremely gracious. Apartment had lots of extra items such as beach towels, beach bag, water, coffee, really everything one needs.
