Beds were on hard side. Worth noting that there is not an elevator in the apartment building, only stairs. Anyone with mobility issues would be advised to stay in the main complex.

The location was great, in the Old Town and a short walk away from the Santa Maria Street (lots of lovely restaurants and painted doors there), the old fort, the beach and the cable car (once you have worked out the short cut). Apartment was clean, spacious and tidy. View from balcony was good. WIFI was brilliant. There is a great roof terrace where you can swim, sunbathe and relax. Try and see if you can get one of the top flats as you get an even better view out to sea.

My bed was a bit hard but the boys’ bed in the other room was the best they have slept on in two months.

The coffee maker was a little eratic to switch on and off and also did not pour well and electric outlets were a little awkward.

The location is just as described with a lovely seafront cafe just a 2 minute walk and 5 minute walk into the old town for all the craft shops and restaurants.

Location, treatment, we were allowed to stay extra time for free. This is super comfortable, when u travel with child.

Some evenings were a bit loud because of the music from a nearby bar, but fortunately the windows in the apartment were really soundproof.

We got upgraded and warmly welcomed by the host Sarah, so it was a great beginning of the whole stay there😊. There was a parking lot on the property. Very clean, spacious and it's got all you need in case you want to cook your own meals. The balcony with the view of the sea. On the roof there was a private swimming pool which made our leisure time even better.

Property is in an incredible location!!! The staff member Sarah that met us at the place went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed before leaving us to tool around! I didn’t have a single complaint, old town Funchal is the best part of the city. Easy to get around without a car and there are a few small groceries that are near.

Lovely location that’s very close to lots of restaurants and the lido. We stayed for New Years and the view of the fireworks from the balcony was out of this world. But the best thing about the property is the host Sarah, she’s such fun and was so easy to communicate with during our stay.

Situated close to the Funchal city center and just few steps from the coffee bar at the sea (perfect for morning coffee as well as for evening drinks) this apartment offers all you need for comfortable stay. It is spacious and perfectly clean. Parking is available in the private garage in the building next to the apartment where there is also swimming pool to the disposal of the clients. Hopefully we will have the chance to use it again while visiting Madeira for longer time and then visit also the beach under the mentioned coffee bar.

Location. At the end of town, close to shops, restaurants, bars, beach… Apartment is perfect size, comfortable for two people. Check in was great. I was allowed to check in early and was shown the property and given recommendations on things to do.

Absolutely nothing.

Location right by old town and a million fabulous restaurants. Exceptional service. If you messaged about the slightest thing they had someone in the area to sort it immediately. We got upgraded to an incredible apartment with a balcony and rooftop terrace with a pool, so I can’t comment on the accommodation we booked, but I’m sure it was also excellent.

This appartment is lovely but in hot weather air con or a good quality, quiet fan would make it perfect for a stay in Madeira.

Very clean, modern and comfortable appartment with good private parking. We also had a very nice welcome from the host. The location is great and the roof terrace had fantastic views across the city.

It was a bit noisy at night in the street.

The apartement is very comfortable and there is everything what you could need. The host Sarah was very nice and gave us lots of useful tips. Many great restaurants nearby. convenient location for trips around Madeira.
