We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast: plenty of offer but I wouldn’t say it’s on par with other 5* hotels. Toasts offered were dry, bread didn’t seem fresh. Mini breads were great though. Not enough labelling on food. Room: the apartment we stayed in was very decent but it didn’t feel 5*. Cupboard doors were crooked, shower mixer was working in the opposite way, hot gave us cold, cold ran hot water. This stuff can’t happen in these sort of hotels.

Pretty good, relaxing location. Lots of activities available onsite. Room was very good overall. Pretty good sound insulation considering most of the guests had kids - including us! Staff is very, very friendly. Great for families - and we’re pretty picky

Great location in a green area plenty of trees and overlooking a very clean small river. Electric car charger. Very decent restaurant with a good chef and very nice and attentive staff. A small spa near overlooking a grass covered sun deck.

A few small things that could be improved: 1. in a room to put something at the entrance to hang jackets on; 2. maybe have some sources of drinking water around the territory and in the gym- fountains, bottled water, etc. 3. More indicators where the entrance to the restaurant is))

This is a charming place in general, the staff were particularly pleasant and sweet, we loved their hospitality a lot. The nature and the river, also all the facilities (benches, hammocks, etc.) are very well thought. Ah, the food was very nice too. We loved our stay, thank you!

The buildings are separate so you need to walk outside, potentially in the rain, to get to the spa, bar or restaurant. It would've been nice to have a nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen. Some minor things that need maintenance but only if you're paying really close attention.

Great spa with an indoor thermal pool, exceptional service from all the staff, amazing location + facilities. The breakfast was also fabulous with a large buffet selection as well as freshly cooked options. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchen and living room. Nice details like a robe for our toddler + courtesy slippers. Lovely welcome pastries offered in our room as well as hassle-free addition of an extra guest and late checkout.

The restaurant is too expensive. The staff is really friendly but a bit young. A coffee machine in the appartements would be nice.

the property needs repairs; pools had algae; signs were broken; 40% of spa pools massages were not working; our apartment a/c was not working. the river dock needs repairs as nails and boards were sticking up.

On my booking I mentioned this was going to be for my pre wedding night. The wedding preparations were going to take place from early morning. I was given a room with very picky neighbors who kept complaining with the noise. The night before they complained as well as at 6am when we started getting ready. As the bride, this situation did not help and was an unnecessary and unexpected stress which was the last thing i needed that day. I understand it is a health resort however I think the rooms could have been better isolated and noise proof. Or as the hotel knew of the situation in advance they could have given me a more isolated room.

1) it’s not a “village” it’s very small. I would say boutique hotel. 2) The gym was terrible. 3) The staff were very friendly but ignorant to the area and any activities that we could do outside the hotel. 4) it’s quite a boring place. 5) the massage I had was below average. My wife though liked hers. 6) I would recommend it as a weekend trip for people who live in a local city but not for foreign tourist like us. We cut our stay and left to another place.
