The rooms lack of natural light but that was not an issue for us, also not sure why there are 3 sinks.

The mix of concrete, iron and wood make this hotel so appealing! Also it’s unbeatable location. Their breakfast is the prettiest I’ve seen, so beautifully presented ♥️. And the best of all is the service, their staff is incredible! Do not thinks twice about booking here!

Armazem was in a great location, impeccably designed, located in a square with amazing restaurants and great street buskers. The staff always ready to help, always with smiles. I would recommend Amazem without hesitation.

Nothing we did not like.

Our family of 3 thought the hotel very beautiful and staff fantastic. We feel at breakfast it could be a bit more service, like have milk there or when you see guests are going down come and ask for the order. But that is a small thing and does not change my opinion that this is an amazing property. Also the location is just wonderful. Also, I am a poor sleeper and the beds and covers were so comfy, so I had an unexpected good sleep. Also there was a small issue and it was immediately fixed. That is what you call service.

What an amazing location to visit for my partners birthday. It was our second time in Porto and it was outstanding. Side note, the breakfast there is amazing followed with the lovely latte.

This is an exceptional property. Everything about it oozes class. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The decor is fantastic and the atmosphere is relaxed. In a marvellous location to explore the wonderful city of Porto. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough.

We moved everything about our stay! Centrally located to everything, the Armazem team were wonderfully accommodating and the property was beautiful. Every detail in the layout and design was perfect and very special. What a special touch to come “home” each evening to a beautiful pastry. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!

I did not like that we needed to buzz into the building. However, a staff member was very quick to let us in at all times.

Breakfast was delicious, extras like port for the room and snacks to come back to was a nice bonus. The staff was very kind.

The reason I have not rated this hotel a 10 is the entry system. The door in continuously locked and you can only gain entry when a member of staff lets you in. I understand why they have put this system in place, but when you are stranded outside in the driving rain on a dark night waiting for a member of staff to come and open the door it feels a bit cruel!! I am sure they can devise a more guest friendly entry system, pin code, card access etc..Other than that..it was fabulous.

The location is wonderful! 5 minutes walk from the Sau Bento Metro and in the beautiful historic centre. A world of cafe's, shops, restaurants and places of interest right on your doorstep! The interior is just wonderful, whether you are into architecture and interior design or not, you can't help but be amazed at the considerate and intelligent renovation of such a beautiful building. It feels very personal and friendly with lots of unique touches. I loved the chocolate and drink on arrival, gorgeous breakfast, friendly staff and treats left on my pillow :) The Caudalie spa round the corner is a must! The best facial and massage I have ever had..pure indulgence.

Beautiful room on a perfect location to explore Porto. The room is very nice styled, with the bath, the bed and the sofa. Concrete together with wood is done perfect. Every day new salt for the bath, perfect breakfast. Superb!
