Absolutely no complaints

I rated this as a "10" experience because a higher number was not available. Every detail was above expectations. The rooms showed architectural brilliance in every detail. The staff were just over the top in helpfulness, charm, availability. The breakfast buffet was among the finest we have enjoyed And the location at the end of Rua des Flores was in the center of historic city charm and activities. We and our friends could not have been more delighted with our experience. Any return to Porto will begin here!

The Location is super centrally situated - hotel and rooms designed beautifully and new, great attention to small details that makes your stay feel like home away from home … the staff is super attentive and caring, they go above and beyond for you as their guests and every day will find a little something to surprise you beyond what you can expect from a hotel stay - be careful you might not want to leave again ❤️

After endless hours of research I chose this property to stay for my wife's birthday. Many people overuse the word "special". In this case Fernanda and team have built something truly special. No matter how many questions I had before arriving, her team were quick and knowledgeable with responses (They were even able to arrange for flowers to be waiting in the room for our arrival). A very special thank you to Susana, Daniela and Jose for all your help. If you are looking to stay in a place with an amazing location, thoughtful details everwhere you look, I cant recommend enough Armazem Luxury housing! There is nothing to dislike.

This place is fabulous! The decor, the attention to details, location, location, location. Although it is centrally located and the streets are busy, the building is very quiet. Doors and windows are insulated. This is a place you can fall in love with. Susanna at the front desk is simply FABULOUS and extremely helpful. We totally recommend this little gem! And will return in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous spacious apartment. Amazing view of Porto. The staff went above and beyond and quickly came to our assistance when a phone was dropped under a bed and found itself in a really difficult spot to access. THANK YOU.

The endless crowds! But this is is to be expected in the height of tourist season.

The breakfast service was professional and well done. Hot items were cooked to order and delicious. We loved the architecture of the property-the combination of old and new was genius. We stayed in the apartment which was spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Other than the crowds(which was fun to view from the balcony) we enjoyed our stay at the Armazem

My stay at Armazem was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed with a lot of attention to detail. I had the deluxe suite and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and the location was excellent.
