There was nothing I disliked but guests should be aware of a couple of things. One bedroom has bunk beds. The 2 other bedrooms face onto the street. We didn't hear any traffic noise as the windows are triple glazed and at night we slept with the windows closed as the bedroom was cool.

Armando was an excellent host and met us for the check in and when we left. He gave us a lot of advice as to what to see. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3 to 4 storey building. The building itself isn't modern but the interior of the apartment is. It's very well furnished and equipped and has its own private garden. It was very nice being able to sit outside in the sun or shade. Armando takes great pride in his apartment and wants his guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I hate noise and luckily the apartment was very quiet both during the day and night. The apartment had been cleaned very well and was spotless. There are supermarkets within a 5 to 10 minute walk and one of them is Lidl. We always used Uber to go to the historic centre and it cost about Eur 7.50. The metro is nearby but Uber is much more convenient and for 2 people it was only a bit more expensive.

The house was a bit cold on the inner side, the one close to the garden. I discovered only one side of the house has double glass window. However host explained us that they very soon will complete the double sided windows.

Location was excellent, complete appliances at home, great garden. Armando is a great host, he gave us a lot of pointers about the city and also helped us to turn one of our dreams true :) ... Porto FC!!

we have once wait for a bus over 30 minutes but still not come as scheduled and eveutually have to walk to take other bus. the bus schedule frequency is low and not convenient.

armando is very very helpful, he came to airport to pickup us and introduce the nearby facilities like restaurants and supermarket, bus & metro stop., spacious, quiet and comfortable place. though the location is not ear city center, there is nearby bus stop and easy to call uber taxi.

The location was excellent. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc for us to visit. The taxi fare to the city centre was very reasonable and there were plenty of taxis available when we wanted to go into town.

Our host , Armand was a rock star from booking until we left. The place was clean comfy and pretty. It had everything we needed to feel at home and Armand was helpful in all aspects. Including calling a friend at TAP to try and locate my luggage. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Porto.

Hard to think of anything. We hope next time to take Armando up on his offer to teach us some Portuguese cooking with the grill and oven in the garden.

The apartment, garden and host are all excellent! Armando met us both at check-in and departure, was very flexible on check-in and check-out times, and even hand delivered a second set of keys when we needed them (while we were out sight-seeing, no less). The apartment is very well equipped and Armando is a gracious host. The back garden is a welcome bonus and lovely for breakfast and dinner al fresco. The location is nice, near to a lovely park and with good proximity to a couple of metro stations (~10-15 minute walk). Between that and uber, we never moved our car the whole time we were in Porto. This is the nicest place we stayed in Portugal. I can't wait to water the garden again, in exchange for wine!

We could tell there is a lot of care that goes into this apartment. Well maintained, clean and everything we could need to prepare meals, was provided. Being met at check-in was a nice touch. I appreciated the run through of how things operated, and the port samples were a nice added bonus! The back yard was a great place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. It was also nice being only a 3-5 min walk from the grocery store.

We can only join the many satisfied clients who have already written their reviews. The accommodation was in a word fabulous, Armando was clearly the best host we have met so far. The apartment is in a quiet location but still close to the centre (circa 30 min walk, metro station 10 min). It is equipped in a way that makes you feel at home. There are restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and a large shopping centre nearby. Porto is a wonderful city that has its own unique character and is definitely worth a return visit. Such accommodation and Armando's attitude only accentuates a wonderful travel experience. Thank you, Armando, and we look forward to seeing you again.

From the wonderful helpful welcome to the comfortable living in this large apartment with a great outdoor garden we enjoyed our stay immensely. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe a short walk to local restaurants, shops, buses, metro station and Porto football ground. It made our first visit to Porto very special. The apartment had everything you could possibly want. It was immaculately presented and clean. I would recommend staying here. Thank you for making our stay so special.

I appreciate your kind welcome. Prior to arrival, he sent the preparation file, which included instructions for the equipment, things to do in Porto, and accommodation rules. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a living room, kitchen, laundry room, garden and an outdoor barbecue area. It is very roomy and clean. I adore the room's fresh fragrance. Everything I need for my home is provided in the unit. Heartily advise staying here in Porto.

Armando is the best host we have ever met. Our flight was late, we arrived very late in the night, he waited for us. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The garden is wonderful, we drank our morning coffee there with pleasure. We had portwine and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. There is free parking in the street. I totally recommend the place!

The location is nice, close to nice restaurants, a grocery store and a nice park. Armando was AMAZING, so accommodating and super knowledgeable. He booked the hop on and hop off buses for us. As well as the Douro cruise (which unfortunately we had to cancel because one of us got sick). You can tell he takes so much pride in his home! The house itself is amazing and very spacious. It has everything you could possibly need. The backyard was so great! We used it for a few dinners (did take out from one of the restaurants nearby) and for breakfasts.
