You can hear the door closing very strong from other guests rooms.

It’s a self check-in hotel. Very easy to access. The bedroom is clean and the bed y confortable. What I liked the most is that you hace a kitchen a 3 tables for everyone to use, so you can have a quick breakfast or dinner close to your room. It is also very well located, 1minute walk from the Botanical Garden. They also offer you 10% discount for the restaurant next to the hotel and the Cozido it very good.

The dining room was perhaps a bit small given the number of people staying.

Everything was impecable and practically new. Very organized. Kitchen was enough to reheat meals very comfortably and boiling water (no cooking). Excellent location walking distance from everything important!

The only two things to mention: the room door handle was not functioning properly, it required some efforts to open the door to the room. And it would be really really convenient to have a proper place to dry clothes.

Amazing location, super convenient to get anywhere, a lot of parking space just in a minute away. Comfortable bed, good shower, shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal and there is even a washing machine. We really enjoyed our stay.

it was a bit inconvinient, that there was no place to leave the luggage after 14:00, but the host suggested to leave it at the restaurant downstairs, which worked well for me.

great location, just next to the Terra nostra park. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the mountain. The room itself is modern, nice bed, there were tea bags and biscuits :) the hotel has the washing machine and the dryer, which is very convinient. the host was very responsive.

I was alone and the size was ok for me. For a couple it could be a bit tight.

It was very easy to hear our neighbors and the people at the bar next door during the night. It was not a huge problem for us but for a light sleeper it might be a turn-off.

This is a well located apartment in Furnas. It is very easy to walk just about anywhere without having to move your car. There is a huge and free car park right next door, and there are a couple food options immediately surrounding the apartment. The space is bare bones and very small, but for the price is is worth it! We didn't need anything else than what we had.

Everything was great and did not have any complaints or concerns.

The building is in a great location and is easy to access with keyless door locks. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the WIFI was great. There is a small common kitchen with the necessary items to make a quick easy snack as well as a dining area with television. Parking is free and is just around the corner from the building. There are great trails to access and all the sites are in easy walking distance of the apartment. There are a number of local Restaurants that offer great food and service.

There were no downsides to my stay there.

Very comfortable bed, Kitchen was very well set up and provisioned. Great Shower. Brown beach towels for hotsprings was a bonus. Very good location. Good parking (free) in the area, very close to the accommodation. I would definitely stay hear again.

The door flappers when someone else opens their room. I put a piece of cloath inside the door to avoid this.

It's a great location and very beautiful and stylish room. The bed is great. The view and balcony is great. And it is also lovely to get a towel for the hot spring. I would really recommend this room to anyone.

It is a little diamond of a place. We had the best sleep - comfy bed and it was so quiet. Lovely view from the balcony. It’s the perfect location….Terra Nostra is just around the corners. At the most 15 min east to the Caldeiras o Vulcōes, 10 min walk to the gorgeous Poça da Dona Beija. We walked to the lake and it was about 25 min away. The room was spacious. A bonus that there are towels to take to the pools available in the room. We dined in the restaurant below….which was very tasty local produce plus the best service. The communication with Graça was superb…very quick and always helpful and accommodating. You can cook in the kitchen….we didn’t as we like to support the local business and try the local food. It’s a true 5*.
