A couple of times the restaurant was out of things on the menu, not communicated to the servers until after the order was turned in.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Exceptional, bountiful breakfast. Really friendly, always helpful staff with suggestions about things to see and how to get around. Very good restaurant and menu with good indoor and outdoor seating. Comfortable room well laid out. Good temporary parking spot in front for unloading. Underground parking is about 4 blocks away. Very good access in the hotel for anyone with mobility issues.

The pressure for the shower wasn't the greatest.

The rooms were modern and spacious and clean throughout. The staff were really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was really good quality and a wide selection of food. Location was great, easy walk into the river etc and more into the city of Porto as well.

The hotel use the restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner etc , however they seemed to be going through a “ staffing “ issue in the kitchen which obviously affected the food.

The hotel was very central , the staff were very friendly and helpful and our rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms.

Very spacious room. Lovely bathroom. Had everything you would want for a short stay.

The location was ideal. So close to the railway station with a direct link to Porto airport. The staff were so good at helping us find restaurants during our stay.

We arrived early and the welcome from Eduardo was perfect. Our room was ready which was a great start to our 3 night stay. Huge room 408 & it was Richard’s birthday so there was port & chocolates. The room was very comfy, lovely bathroom with great products. Breakfast on two of the days was excellent. We loved our stay and have already booked for December. A special mention to Eduardo for all his care and attention. Hugo too. Many thanks for making our stay so special.

Lovely, quiet hotel right across from the Municipal Plaza and a short walk from the Porto Metro. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful—and our room was heavenly. We were greeted with a welcome glass of port. And, even though we had booked without breakfast, we decided to take our morning meal at Umami (the hotel restaurant) because it looked so yummy. What a great place to stay in Porto!

Well located and close to sights of the city. Super easy for Ubers, and access to the metro station. The staff were exceptional always welcoming and go over & above. I especially want to mention Manuel who welcomed us so warmly and spent time to sit with us taking us through key attractions & restaurants in Porto. Like a ray of sunshine to welcome us :) Obrigada Manuel for going over & above.

The only downside is there’s no outside space in the hotel, would have been nice to have had a terrace but this really is a minor point.

The moment we came into the hotel we felt like valued guests a warm welcome, very informative regarding the room. meals etc and even offered a welocme complementary drink ... which was nice. We had a free upgrade in room to a juniour suite which was fantastic, more room than we needed but never the less, welcomed. A fabulous all round experience, staff, hotel and room. The breakfast is excellent value for money and again such wonderful hosting by the dining room staff.

Room 101 had a bit uncomfortable planning. The bathroom door is opening right into the toilet 😅

Location is perfect, right in the city center. Nice hotel overall. Good breakfast. We would love to come back
