Nothing, all was good

This place has amazing facilities. It is ideal for young families and has thing that will keep teenagers happy too. We only stayed one night but would definitely return if we were in the area again. Breakfast was delicius.

The rooms are small. We had bad weather so inside was pretty cold. It has an good AC unit that managed to heat up the space. But we slept with it turned off so by the morning it was cold inside.

Location and the grounds are nice. Close to the beach , we tried to walk there but encountered a dog that barked at us so we had to go back. You need a car to visit all the surrounding area .

We were so impressed with the variety of exercise equipment available. The grounds were beautiful & well kept. The breakfast was perfect & it was great to have the option of eating there at the padel bar in the evening. We enjoyed hiking along the coast.

Perched on the beautiful coastline of Azenhas do Mar, with walking trails directly off the property, this gem of an incredible “Cool House” could not be better for those of us outdoors fans. Big pluses are the padel courts on the grounds, where locals play, including high level league players, good padel teachers; outdoor sandy volleyball court, indoor workout area. … And, when the sun has set, or not, it hosts the best games room/ chill out area ever: ping pong, pool, darts, board games, play station and a guitar! Including a cool ‘honesty’ bar for guests ( i.e you write down what you consume): no loitering bar service people, which makes it feel like your own home. Breakfast is fabulous!! Great garden, great views, comfy beds.. all in all .. fantastic. Staff are amazing.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, but the bungalow we stayed in was a bit small for three people.

I recently experienced a great atmosphere at Azen Cool House. The modern interior and great amenities made my stay unforgettable. Definitely recommended! And to make it even better, breakfast at Azen Cool House was a pleasant surprise.

We loved the garden and the chirping of the birds in the morning. It is great that there are entertainment options (ping-pong, paddle, bike rental...), as well as many cozy spaces for relaxation. We had breakfast in a very cozy place and always received fresh food. The staff was very nice. We really liked the environmentally friendly equipment.

It is easier to reach the location if you have a car as it is not close to the city center.

A lovely BnB in Sintra. Nice facilities with a pool, parking and plenty of things to do in the house. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed suing the pool in the summer. Nothing to complain about, we had a very good stay

The room was very humid, making everything feel moist and sticky. It'd be good to have an air de-humidifier in the room. Towels don't look very clean.

Staffs that we met are friendly and helpful. Room is clean with a nice balcony. Excellent breakfast. Nice swimming pool

The garden needs better maintenance and the lighting in the TV room is too dim.

Clean and the staff is friendly. Good location easy to take a bus go to Praia das Azenhas do Mar and Praia da Aguda. The breakfast is also good.

I loved it all!

The property is so fun! The room was clean and decorated in such a fun and creative way. It is in a beautiful location, and offers the best amenities. The breakfast was great, there is a fun bar on premise, great pool, and games indoor and out.

Nothing , we loved it. The only small thing I can think of is to have mini fridge in the room rather than common area but this is so minor overall 100% would recommend.

We really loved our stay at the property, we came for 2 short nights and it had everything we needed. The pool , the apartment and the breakfast were all great .. and we spent most of our time playing pool , table tennis and padel which was just fabulous to have those facilities. It’s very close to the cliff edge and just perfect base to drive different spots. Staff were great.

Cleaning could be better and it is a pity that they do not maintain it better. After 1 and a half year you start to see thing that are not properly maintained, and with time it might get worse.

The whole package is great, location and facilities are great for a family or even a quiet retreat.

What the heck. This place is phenomenal. Stunning grounds, friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful decor with a great attention to detail, and tons of onsite amenities. Pool, pool table, volleyball, several tennis courts, massive playground, it’s all pretty incredible. Very comfortable bed and I love the electric window shutters that block out all the light. Definitely will be back if I’m ever in the area.

Great Breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood - just the sound of the Ocean. Lots of possibilities for recreation. I loved the honesty bar concept. Pool with excellent view.
