The Bachareis charming house was so unique and very charming! Ines was a lovely host and guide and spent time explaining everything about the house including its history and all the amenities. The breakfast was good. No complaints. The room was quiet and we slept great. The bathroom is small but it was fine. I can’t imagine staying in the location for more than one night but for us it was a nice stop on our way to Porto.

From the outside the house ist super inconspicuous, but inside it’s a beautiful furnished house. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would come back anytime and I enjoyed it a lot!

Our 5th stay at this glorious “Home Away from Home”! Inês and Cristina welcome us always with warmth and friendship. Our room comfortable and cosy. Breakfast a delight for all the senses with many local products and really sets you up for your day ahead, exploring. Many good restaurants are with walking distance. We shall be staying again soon.

The only critique I would have is that our room was not very soundproof, so we could hear our neighbours all round us talking quite often. Apart from that, it was a truly wonderful stay! And we will definitely be staying again ☺️

The hotel is an old lovely house, this meaning that it is not possible to fit a lift in the property. The stairs are not appropriate for people with a walking impairment, or caring heavy suitcases However, this is explained in the hotel site.

The breakfast was lovely and the beds very comfortable. It was great to be able to have complimentary soft drinks during the day, even though I didn't partake myself. The lounge and terrace area was fabulous.

Christina is an exceptional host. She is kind, welcoming and so helpful. The place is wondery located, charming, and so we'll equipped. We loved the open bar, nice breakfast, and safe place to store our bikes. Highly recommend!

The helpfulness, kindness and availability of the host, the building, the rooms, the breakfast, the thoughtfulness... it's by far the best place we've stayed in Portugal. We actually couldn't believe it was real. Do yourself a favor and go there. You'll be pleased. Bonus points for having a room to store the bikes and a pump to keep your tires inflated.

I thought there was going to be a desk in the room but there was not

Breakfast was good, they made eggs and bacon cooked to order, plus had a variety of other items. I was also able to check in early. I forget her name, but the woman who checked me in was very nice and gave me info about the city. Room was clean and a good size. Location was about 10-15min walk from the bus station and the beach

This hotel is so lovely and welcoming. Our host was so nice, generous and provided great advice on what to see in Figuera da Foz. Breakfast is delicious! Overall very good value because the service was so excellent.

The room was so clean and comfortable, but so well decorated at the same time! The bed was big and cosy, the breakfast was delicious, location was great (lots of restaurants and cafes nearby), and the staff was so friendly. Excellent price for the quality of the stay.

Inez, the host, was wonderful, and the breakfast went beyond expectations. The guest house is very well located -- close to all the fun, but on a quiet street with plenty of parking. We felt very well taken care of.
