The kids were hoping they could go for a swim because the pictures showed swimming pool but it was closed (I guess it is only open during summer time). The breakfast was nice although we were a bit confused because one of the table still had some pots from earlier that was probably not a part of the breakfast buffet

It was just a short stay for us, we came late and went early. It is a pretty big hotel with a conventional lobby and rooms, the hallways are nice and spacious so it was just what we needed at the time.

The fact I couldn't stay longer!

Friendly staff. Large clean bedroom, good quality bedding and towels. Air con excellent (39C outside!). Only stayed overnight but my dinner of roast leg of lamb etc was excellent - v generous portion. G&T also excellent and generous! Well maintained gardens and large pool plus kids' pool and play area with rides. Easy, free parking. Will return.

The shower holder on the wall is broken so you have to hold the shower head in your hand. The dinner menu has been very the same for a very long time

The pool area and outdoor areas were not exactly as we expected, they were good but we hadn't realised how close to the main road and town. Although there was lots on offer in the breakfast hall we thought it could have been better.

The staff were lovely, booked a taxi for us for our wedding. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hallways etc. The bar area seemed nice although we didn't really use it. Good location, easy nice walk to the town centre

Breakfast was good, but could be better :) Staff un general was quite slow. I guess that is part of the people from the south of Portugal, so that is okay.

Pool and overall facilities. The room was decent enough and the AC worked pretty well. We had also a bar close to the hotel (100m) where we enjoyed some nice beers before going to bed.

Most rooms are facing directly towards the West and the sun heats up the room during the day. - There are curtains but outside shutters would have been a definitely better way to keep the heat out.

BejaParque seems to act mostly as a business hotel (which I personally actually like a lot as the other guest are in general more quiet at night as they have to work the next day). The swimming pool is ok but could have been a little deeper (mostly only about 1.6m). Staff was very careful in enacting Covid-19 safety measures. Breakfast was great!

When it was time to leave lady was on the phone and remained for 15 min, when I realised there was someone at the back and called out for them so I could finally leave.

The airco was bad. It didn’t regulate the humidity in the room, which caused waking up with a very sore throat. The shower was also bad: cold/lukewarm water.
